Airborne's Quest to PowerLifting (and whatever he's on ATM)

Yea that squat was sloppy to be honest after reviewing and having it pointed out but ill take it as I already did 7 sets of same weight before. Def fatigued. But it kept moving so w e. The DL will be better next ;-)

Yea i mean it couldve been better, but with that much weight, it was good!

Hell yea bro! My bench went down due to shoulder issues but I'm gettin it back up. Had a killer shoulder workout yesterday tho. Best in awhile. My DL went up. My squats since change of form are about same from when starting but working my way up again. I had to re learn everything. Lifting self taught is NOT how it is done right. Is what my coach says haha

He is not in a competition, and if you can read he said he changed his form. Please make a video with you doing that much weight and 1 up his form

so training sloppy is how you get it done in competetion then? i couldn't do any better with that weight. does that make you feel better?

Then don't hate unless you can do what he is doing or better. Otherwise, you do not know what you are talking about or do not have the creditials to give out advice. No hate, he does need to work on form, but he already stated he was.
 
He has a lot of potential to get somewhere in powerlifting and he is just starting. I guess it's just in your nature to tear things down instead of build things up. Negativity just sucks the life out of everything. I would rather spur AB on than bring him down. Just my nature I guess.

i'm sure he does have a lot of potential. he also thought those lifts were good when he first posted them but like you said he's green and just starting out. i call it like i see it and i wasn't the only one not looking at those lifts through rose colored glasses. my observations weren't far off but what do i know i'm just a troll with negative rep power. :-)

I truly hope you are not like this in person, constantly putting down others in an attempt to make yourself feel better, otherwise you will end up alone and bitter. Full rep or do the weight of the person you are insulting with even 1/10 of the rom they do. I highly doubt you can even lift the weight of he squats from the rack. Leave if you are going to be negative, its a log, you should support him.

In college, a freshman tough guy called out another out on lbs and ROM. I threw $100 on the table if he could even un-rack the weight. Best $100 I have ever thrown down :lol:

Once again as stated... I know how to lift with proper form alright.... I have pulled a 7 by myself no spot and almost **** myself... I was fresh at that point! Just cuz one vid does not mean that's how I always lift.
Squats same thing... Just cuz that one was a bit short AS STATED was my 8th set of same weight for singles... I happened to film it... I thought I went deeper but not... But as you can see there was NO hesitation to move it.... Quit being 1 track minded on the only two lifts I filmed. Have a good day Boosted! You have a lot of hate... Ima take it as Jealousy and Disrespect. But Ima treat you like weight... You will NEVER bring me down! I have a beautiful wife and 7 month old son that are a lot more important then an e gangster who gets his fix runnin his mouth on the Internet. You have contributed nothing to this forum. Power lifting ain't about the best form or best diet or the best set, it's about moving a massive amount of weight.

I train the way I want to train and eat the way I want to eat if I ask for advice then fine other wise everyone's opinion to me is like piss in the toilet & I don't give a s h i t.
