Nah lean bulk. Worked well. Went from bout 182 up to 193lbs with bf% of 10 by end of the 6 week run and have maintained throughout PCT. would like to sit round 185 with 8-9% bf if possible.

Aaron thats close to my normal, I train 13 days theen 1 day off. Every now and then I slow it down like right now, just because work is very busy; so about once a week I wont make it and then I miss every other Sunday due to work.
 
These guys with their training schedules. I train like I have sex...copiously; multiple times, every single day, without rest!

Ppl who talk or brag about having lots of sex are usually the ones that get none. Besides ms lefty and ms righty. But that doesn't really count lol

I am down to log volatile. Count me in. I need to be as big as possible by the fitness expo. I will be doing max-ot style with fst7 pump sets for my end routines. Will take pictures etc.

This should perfect as I am at the end of my preworkout I just took so I will be off as of now for couple of days now so I will have a clean start with this product. I would take this solo.

I'm logging lean efx refined and natural efx right now if you want to check it out. I'm running a hormone cycle and my appetite was totally out of control, this stuff has been an absolute GODSEND for keeping me on track. I was piling down like 4000-5000 cals a day for a while there and now I feel totally good with 2000-2500/day. It's a beautiful thing.

Oh and Volatile is by far my favorite all around pre workout ever. not over stimmed, great endurance and fantastic pumps.
