What is your number one all time supplement?

I loved Compound 20 but with all the results I have been getting with the new Patented Anabolic lately, that's my new number 1 product

what all have you tried? im not saying this is happening with you, but sometimes people put too high of an expectation on supplements and get disappointed. I agree that a lot of supplements really dont do much, but there are quality supplements out there that get the job done (or at least do what they claim). To name a few: Orange Triad, Creatine, protein, beta alanine, agmatine, erase, anabeta, IGF 2
