Which EGCG To Combine With Dopadex

taggs

Hi
I’m hoping to get my hands on some Dopadex shortly (to reduce mildly elevated prolactin level) and from reading a number of threads on the forum it would appear that I will need some EGCG to help with conversion, can anyone recommend a good product.
Cheers

You don't need EGCG

I just do Dopadex, I3C, Magnesium and Zinc.

thanks for the reply,
but I thought a decarboxylase inhibitor was needed convert L-dopa to dopamine

You are confusing the role of a decarboxylase inhibitor in dopamine synthesis. EGCG will only act as such at around 5g. I wouldn't worry about peripheral conversion unless you have cardiac issues and/or are combining with cardiotoxic/pressor agents.

Thanks for the feedback, I would like to point out that I’m not a body builder more an ultra distance / adventure racer so my knowledge of how these things work is very limited. Just looking for the best natural way to reduce my prolactin level, there’s so much info on here its somewhat confusing. I thought there was a general consensus that an egcg product was needed to get the most benefit from l-dopa / mucuna pruriens ?

Like mentioned you need 5g of EGCG for the role you would be looking into. I would go for Inhibit-P to control your prolactin levels. The main active is Vitex and Mucuna Puriens, the constituents of Mucuna in conjunction with P5P and Vitex have a synergistic and profound effect for a supplemental prolactin control product.

That said, I also like Dopadex, but more for the other L-Dopa benefits rather than just it's prolactin control.

Matcha tea has a high amount of egcg. You can easily get a gram or two a day with a couple of cups
