i thought the exact same thing after his update today!3 plates a side before he knows it.

Been dealin with some pretty upper stomach pain last few days that comes and goes. Hoped it was gas or a flu and it would pass but it doesn't seem to be letting up. Seems to be causing some of the bloating issue I've been dealing with lately as they both came at the same time frame. Supps I'm taking:

Slintensity
TUDCA
Cycle assist
Aromasin
Nolva
Test e
Fish oil
Iforce sport multi
Hemavol
Alphamine
super cissus
Glycomyx

Thoughts?

What have you been eating?

When I first started eating a lot of barley for carbs I got a really bad pain just under my ribs on the left side. So bad I went to the doc but they didn't know what it could be. I ended up drinking a bottle of Phillips and had the biggest sh!t I ever saw. Felt 100% better. Lol. Nice story right?

Point is, you might just be backed up. Chug some Philips and stay close to a bathroom for a day.

But hey, you're the doctor, so I'm sure you know better than me!

I have been eating a lot of tuna fish and my diet has been extremely high carb for me so it was something I thought could be the cause as well.

LTL just a thought but like was stated earlier, whats different in your food intake? what veggies are u eating, fiber intake?? When I bulked last year I forgot to up my fiber and was so backed up, same pain upper stomach area.

Then when I was cutting i started eating lots of raw broccoli and cabbage and had a similar problem upper stomach cramps that almost made me feel nauseous. I figured out I can't eat raw broccoli and fiber intake has negative impacts when too high and too low. I know this probly doesn't help but just my thoughts. Have u taken slinsensity before?

Staggering difference in the photos LTL. You are a different person. Has Glycomyx been in your routine long? I can't handle any of that low osmo carb stuff. I get bloated as hell and the swamp ass is global warming. just a guess bubba.

Arms. Had a painfully good pump today and that was exactly what I was after. Threw in a quick walk at the end and will probably do this more and more as I push deeper into this cycle. Reviewing my last cycle pics has me pumped to run the sdrol! Can't wait!

Definitely agree it probably has something to do with the diet. Thanks for the info man! Never used this GDA before but I have used it for about three weeks so I'd be surprised if it was all of a sudden causing issues.

It's fun to follow along in your log. Even though I know nothing about this anabolic stuff. Diet and sick lifts and informative updates ????? Yeah, that I can get into.
