Don't know how or why. :aid off from squats and deads for the last three weeks. Strength fell off. Need to rebuild this slowly.

Friday 11/16/12

Filmed a PR last night which is posted above. On another note we are having our first showing of our home in VA today. I pray this person loves it ad makes an offer. It seems too good to be true. We thought no one would put an offer in due to the price. We shall see how it goes. Boss is off today, so I guess it will be a more relaxed day for myself

Looking good man. Bench numbers are big. When's your next PL competition?

I planned for Dec. 8 but had to back out due to closing on my home and being in another state. I have found a meet February 2013 at Virginia Tech where I pulled security at ACC football games for the last four years. I have to unfortunately give up my spot becuase i have to drive much furthur to do the job.

If I find one in between this time I definitely will give it a go.

Appreciate it Pack. I only list my benching mostly because I train it the most. I don't have to work hard for the other parts anymore. I spent a year on deads and heavy back two days in a row, with a upper and lower split. I plan to go back to it beginnning 2013.

Final review coming Monday! Finally moved from Va and living in Pa. I'm updating from my new smartphone. I had a flip up until a week ago. Don't laugh too hard. It was a company phone. They no longer pay our bill but give us a stipend instead. Oh we'll, welcome to the 21st century, huh. I had a few week overage due to interruption in training but I'm feeling great. I never stalled and benched upwards three times a week averaging 405 on flat, incline and decline. Amongst other e exercises. Again I apologize for the timing but relocating, buying and selling a house and traveling between two states and hitting two different gyms and staying the course is treacherous but I got it done. Overall this is a great product and I definitely would keep it as a staple. Full review coming Monday!

Life happens, don't worry about it big guy. In fact, I haven't been on too much lately because of holiday prep, life, and prepping to go pick up our puppy from the breeder today.

Great to hear about the numbers, keep pushing big and Cissus will help keep your joints ready to go.

VERDICT!

SNS Cissus XT

Training changes/Performance – Besides adding a few new exercises to each workout throughout the month there were no changes in my training regime. There was an increase in my performance. I was lifting heavier than I ever have before and for longer amounts of time.
Bodyweight changes – My bodyweight remained the same throughout testing although I saw a increase in size (mainly in my chest, shoulders, and definitely legs), I must have lost some fat but I generally go by mirror. This has to do with my training and ability to go hard and heavy since I felt no pain.
Bodyfat changes – My bodyfat decreased noticeable
Strength – My strength has increased exponentially as can be seen throughout my log. One place I can tell this is in my arms, legs and chest. I have broke countless pr’s in this area.
Focus/Euphoria – When taken with USPLABS PA, the focus is amazing. I could go for days
Pumps/Vascularity – More beginning to show in my delt and upper chest region. Getting more pumpd and more dense
Muscle Fullness- My muscles are fuller and denser all the time. It doesn’t matter if I worked out that day or not.
Recovery – Never sore and always ready to smah the gym.
Size – I have noticed a increase in size throughout my body. My shoulders are looking broader, my back and traps are the most defined that I have ever had them. My legs are looking bigger and more defined as well.
Energy – Energy is through the roof.
Sleep Quality – Training harder, lifting more = wearing myself down and sleeping better
Feelings/Mood – Clothes getting tighter and boobs growing bigger. I'm already 350. I have gotten more dense throughtout this run. This product is definitely a must have in anyones arsenal. Whether your young or older. I believe it will keep your joints, ligaments and tendons healthy and strong. It will allow you to push harder and longer without pain. I would definitely purchase this again.
