Considering he died at 47, I don't think he qualifies on the anti-aging part.

And yeah jays a monster who uses functional range of motion and goes nowhere near failure. Thats cool too. But kai is just inspiring.
WPChickDiesel said:Well, i know when it comes to the athletes, its not necessarily a pre-requisite to how much they know, because they have trainers and coaches behind them getting them there! So really, the question should be, who is the best coach/trainer in bodybuilding?

Vince gironda he was really ahead of his time just look at the guys at ironman they are just changing names or adding something or name the routines or principles with something that sounds " modern" like 4x 10x etc etc but in the end all of his stuff is based in gironda"s work
VS91588 said:He's not asking which bodybuilder is a "guru" hes refering to bodybuilding trainers such as Charles Glass, Hany Rambod, Oscar Ardon, Dorian Yates (bodybuilder turned trainer)
Dorian's great. Not necessarily the most motivating, but his knowledge on technique and form is as good as anyone. Anyone know what his supps are like?

Kai Greene
Kai Greene is my motivation coach during cardio
How so? I think Kai is the effing man. My favorite body builder and he has some serious passion for the sport.
I have some scenes from overkill on my iPod that I listen to.

YouTube kai Greene and you get a ton of hits. In one vid he talked about being a bodybuilder versus a weight lifter. He really puts it in perspective

There really is a difference. What people don't get is its not how much you can lift its how you're lifting it.
I second that. I don't care how much I can lift as long as I continue to look better on stage.
Exactly. All my buddies are like oh you only curl 35s, I do gvt for volume, and they laugh but I look better than all of them loll.
That's the difference between bodybuilding and powerlifting.
Indeed. Of course I love lifting heavy with low reps as well. But I'm not a power lifter by any means.

Yup. YouTube KG and u get lots of hits, much of it gay porn (not that there's anything wrong w/ that). His latest "towel video" is unfortnate.

I see no mention of Kai's trainer George Farrah. He also works with branch and JJ. Definitely worth mention. Phil Hernon, John meadows and Shelby Starnes are definitely to notch dudes as far as body building training goes. Phil is definitely all about longevity as well.
That vid of Kai n George in Ireland was amazing!!
Never seen it maybe ill YouTube it later
Did u watch it?!
Was it an hour long seminar?
Yes!
Kai sounds very intelligent. I watched about 20 minutes at work but can't turn the volume up enough to hear all of it. I'll watch the rest from home and comment further.
