Usp an ebf recomp/ cut log

This log will be a

I'm eating whatever I want and dropping fat log

I'll decide later if I will post pics

USP compound 20
USP oep
Ebf recompadrol
Ebf aav2

I eat 2 x a day

4 recomp 1 aav2 pre meal

Dosing for others will be

2 oep
2 aav2
1 c20

Pre workout

1 oep
1 c20

Between meals

Training is

Chest back
Arms shoulders
Legs
Off
Chest back
Then whatever I feel like
Off

Who's in with me

If you didn't have oep, what would you use and at what dose?

Things to note

Thermo can't feel in that gym. Didn't turn heat on. No excess sweating ect

Either c20 or oep mad me mad nauseas after 30 min of talking them but ill prolly get used to it

Nothing other to report but today was an usual workout day bc I trained at work

I'll take pics today for reference. Won't post unroll I'm done of I'm satisfied with how it went. I'm saying now I'm not counting cals or "cutting". I follow if diet ad just eat what I want.

I use modern bcaas as well as pre intra post at 1-2 scoops stopping my workout and adding another scoop to water when I refil!

Then 2 aav2 and 1 c20 pre bed

Strategic. What dosing should you like to see?

For OxyELITE Pro, the standard dosing: One capsule on an empty stomach about 30 minutes before breakfast and another capsule about 6-8 hours later (also on an empty stomach, about 30 minutes before a meal). And regarding Compound-20, the standard dose should be two capsules taken with a meal or snack, twice a day. On workout days, take one of the doses with your pre-workout meal.
 
You two are making me throw in a tub of the bulk MBCAA in my Black Friday order (It would be nice to win the cissus/MBCAA promo, too) :)

Give Bulk Modern BCAA a shot. Chances are you will get hooked. There is hardly a better BCAA value for money anywhere in sight.

Body fat tested tomorrow so far since being on aav2 I went down .6% and then by yest I am down a full %

Hopeful turkey day won't **** me up too bad. Hardly ate today. Barely eating tomorrow

Depletion workout prior to the bird eating Frenzy?
 
Ate 100 Al's in crab meat yest and that's it.

Meal Tuesday was at 8 40pm

Meal wed was 100 cals at 930pm


Nothing today. I'll consider it fasting

Yesterday full body depletion

Ate like 70 shrimp. Wasn't feeling dinner. Duno why.

Still lean. Down 2% according to machine in 1.5 weeks. Maybe down 1.5 bc I didn't do it today and won't until Sunday

We will see I'm losing Aton of body fat right now on the regular stuff that I'm on

When I stopped the stack ill add the patented Anabolic

Depending on where I am if I'm lean renough then I'll start if not I'll use the adipose annihilation V2 for another. 4 weeks
