Had a good workout tonight,I definately feel on today!i can see some changes happening,arms are really growing and shoulders and traps are noticeably growing,and fast.I love when you wake up in the morning and see the mirror and say dam.there it is!had a late workout tonight,which I hate but had some stuff to do.Acne is picking up fast,libido is shot,feeling dried out in joints.oh and got on scale today and it's showing 182

I don't feel I'm holding a lot of fat or water honestly.my abs are looking as good as they were IMO and obliques are shining lately.

325 on bar walked a few steps back and forth,legs were shot.
It's been a while since I got shakey legs.and got em tonight.they are burnt up.
