what supps do YOU take?

pre workout - super pump max - first one after so many that ive found that actually works, for 30-50mins im completely in the zone :P
protein - MGN isolate ice cream sandwich & caramel chocolate & casein syntha 6
creatine - all max micronized creatine

ive also ordered some omega 3 & glutamine to try for the first time

what do you guys use & what do you feel is a crucial supplement?
 
A pre work out & creatine are staples usually. GDAs I use too but it's starting to dwindle down less and less.
 
I'm ashamed to admit that I have tried too many supplements, only to find the Jack'ed 3d (original) Erase Pro and Anabolic Pump appear to be the only supplements that have produced quantifiable results. That's not to say other things don't work well, but these items are my staple supps right now.
 
Preworkout & Creatine are my staples. I just don't feel the same or as effective without them.

Gonna add JOINT-HELP to my staples, I used to take Orange Triad because of the combination Glucosamine & Multi-V, but
my body responding better to Cissus.
 
-Muscle Marinade (dmaa effects starting to amplify after 6 months continuous use? lol)
-fish oil (5x triple strength caps spread throughout the day)
-orange triad
-NOW Foods egcg
-SNS ZMA (every now and again)
-AI Sports LCLT
-Creatine, Dymatize Elite Whey (has digestive enzymes)
 
Creatine: Monohydrate by NOW foods
Fish Oil: NOW Ultra Omega 3
Multivitamin: FIT by Formutech
Pre: Volatile by FN or PSU by AEN
Intra: Endurance BCAA Plus by Formutech
Protein: BB.com Whey Blend
Pre-bed: Resurrect by FN

Honestly, the sleep supplement seems to have the best impact on overall health. Without it, I have a terrible night's sleep.

Have yet to try: Agmatine and COP

Used Erase but made me feel like I was 90 (joints got really stiff)

usually some form of Carnitine (ALCAR, LCLT, PLCAR)

Other than those I'll switch back and forth between the "muscle building" compounds such as creatine, BA, Citrulline, Test Boosters, AI's and whatnot.

A question though, does anyone here supplement with just flat out L-Carnitine? Like one of those liquid brands? Is there any benefit to it over supplementing with the individual forms of Carnitine most of us do?

I'm currently running BEAST SuperTest and MN XF-Factor right now with Protocol v2 intra and (usually) Craze pre. Fun stack is fun.
 
Trutein is awesome, I'm also a big fan if monster pump, great ingredients but don't see alot of people running it, erase ,daa stacks are a good combo as well

Totally! Been trying to find something that could truly compete with original assault and sp250 that I loved! Fierce is the best I've done by far! Flavor is awesome too... That's the main reason I have used so much c4...

SAN was awesome enough to send me a huge load of samples of Fierce. I have been a huge fane ever since I used the first pack. I also agree about the taste; it really is good.
