Yes the idea is to take the benefits of a 5x5 (strength) program and a 10x10 (mass) program with the magic number of 7x7 for one compound lift followed by other lifts at normal set/rep ranges. Ill go into more detail I guess as I read more, I just briefly read about this the other night.

Off to the gym for back and bis.

I had a whole workout update typed up last night b4 bed and the damn server on this IPhone app canceled it. So ill try and do one for last nights shoulder work and today's back work.

Today is wife's bday so I went home to cook up some chocolate chip pancakes and bacon and eggs and get her flowers in a vase and I walk in at 6 am and she's up doing dishes :fail:

So I ate bacon and eggs with her, today will be low carbs high fat high protein.

Tomorrow we have a suite at a nice hotel with hot tub and fire place, and a nice dinner.

Can u give some dosing advice for the dpol that best coincides with my schedule. Remember I eat a pc of bread and have a shake 30-40 mins b4 my 430am workout then eat around 630am eggs oats fruit.

I used some DAA powder before but I was told to dose first thing on empty stomach or b4 bed, and that powder messed with my stomach.

Do not dose D-Pol with out food.
Always take with a food meal, either breakfast, lunch, even dinner, just avoid right before bed.
3 tablets.
I'm on that D-Pol too.

Haha as long as the bills are paid and she's taken care of she doesn't question what I buy, truthfully she loves my desire to look bigger, better and overall healthier because b4 we were both overweight and I golfed and drank beer and chewed cope. I was never home and I have motivated her to get into shape and I'm slowly introducing her to supps that can benefit her. She stays home and takes care of the house and our son and I take care of them financially, she does bring in some nice cash doing some work at home.

As far as the AM I found one on the bay and one on another site before they sold out. I got lucky.

Today was day one of my 7x7 program

You the man brother! When doin deep squats, hold bottom position like your sittin down. Gets nice and tender :-) do hip flexor moves as well

Yes I did this for the first 4 sets holy **** me I'm hurting. My hips are super tight man what do you suggest? I'm starting yoga this week haha gotta work on my flexibility. To be honest I've done squats wrong my whole life so I'm trying to learn from you and others and do it right, I'm weakest from the hole position my back feels weak which is why I'm incorporating good mornings on back days
