IMMEDIATELY RELIEVE JOINT PAIN: JOINT-HELP LOGGERS NEEDED!

Here's a copy of the first entry in my log. I'm having difficulty pasting a link from my iPhone if someone could do it for me it would be greatly appreciated

Just received my bottle of Iforce joint help from Vaughn and will start this first thing in morning .

A little background on me ; I just turned 44yrs old and have been lifting since I was 17. I was in construction prior to that "New invention," the pneumatic nail gun, so lots of wrist movement . I've also lifted heavy for a while in my 20s getting up to 500# squat and over 400# bench. Needless to say this didnt do wonders on my joints. I have knee, wrist and shoulder pain on daily basis so am looking forward to this experience

this really has my interest. Major joint issues for years....I have heard some great things about JH

I'm in for sure, I'm a 22 year old female, new to body building. Lifting now 4 times a week. I fractured my knee back in high school and it always gives me problems. Also "weak wrist" run in my family and I have a ton of problems with pain in my wrist as well as my elbows. I know I'm way to young to be having problems like these.

I've tried everything from the spray relief to pain killers and anti inflammatorys to help with the pain but it doesn't help repair the damage that has been done over the years.

I would love to try this product and hope it works, sounds great, reviews look great, so I'm very eager to try it. Anything new. To help lesson my pain and help me gain with lifting would be awesome!!

I would love to log this one and I have been in the iron game a little over 30 years and believe me
my joints and tendons have taken a beating. I take everything and anything natural to help with
my joints and tendons, Cisuss right now SNS , glu/chon/msm/ fish oil, curcumin, microlactin, and
Joint Rehab by ALA-EFX and I am always looking to try new joint supplements.

Suppdate on Joint Help

Took a week to kick in but is working wonders!!! Warming up takes me 5 mins now to get well lubricated. Joint discomfort is still there at times but not as noticed. 2 in the AM and 2 in the PM or 4 for immediate pain relief... Works well...

An insert in my Training Log!!!

I.would concurr with this statement. I have actually been doing the 4 at once as it is more convenient, and it seems to dull any pain and makes it go away. It seems to.be helping a little more each day.

Agreed brotha I'm stretching it out for now and it seems to be gettin better

I think I am going to have to pick up a jar or 2 of this Joint Help and try 4 caps at a time maybe
it will help the slight pain I am getting in my left knee and right shoulder.

I'm betting it will. I had a few of the slight pain areas, and within a few days I didn't really notice it anymore.

Judging by the reviews in this thread alone, I think it's worth a shot :)

I will definitely pick it up as my next joint supplement but do I take this along with cissus or
I don't need to since it has cissus in the ingredient profile. I have been in the iron a little over
30 years so I am always looking for supplements to keep my joints and tendons strong so I
can continue pumping.

You should be all set with this. You could supplement with cissus starting right now so it can build up while you wait for your package.

id say stick with the joint help to begin with.......2g of cissus is more than enough for some people. if at some point down the road you feel like it could be a little better, snag some SNS cissus xt and add 1-2 more g with the joint help

I would not initially start with both, you may never know which one is sealing the deal for you. I'd start with joint help for its complex blend, and only add extra cissus in slowly, if you feel you really need that extra bit.

I have been using cissus for almost 4 years now USP LABS, Primaforce, and Swanson Vitamins and now for
the past 26 days I have been using SNS Cissus-Xt and I posted a thread about some stomach issues that
I am having with it and I posted it yesterday but I haven't gotten any response yet from any SNS reps
where is everyone.?

Well, this is an I-Force Nutrition thread, not SNS so you will more than likely, not get a response from there reps here. I would PM one of there reps, they have a great group of guys IMO. I personally am not aware of stomach discomfort with cissus, or I would help you :)
