ReIGNITE with Rahl2.0 and Finaflex

I concur but knees don't normally bother me.

Didn't bother me much till I started going heavy on them and then I kind of wish I hadn't... back when I was getting carried away and trying to recapture some of my old power. I have grown out of that.
 
So the back is about 90% today. Feeling much better. Last night I modified the workout pretty heavily to accommodate it being sore.

Upper back/biceps

10 min elliptical warmup

Really stretching the low back on this trying to loosen up

Wide pull ups:10,7,5.5(haha),4
Incline DB row:65x13,75x9,75x10
DB shrug:95x15x100x9,100x9

Kept losing my ****in grip!!! Grrrr

Have some definite soreness in the biceps and traps today. Overall fairly happy with it considering the pain I was in. Lol
 
My recovery has been stellar ... I did 22 wheel of death (PR) Tuesday evening and Wednesday at 7am I was doing 335 X8 on deads for 3 sets which is not super heavy but my core was feeling pretty blown up. No sign of that today I am completely recoverd which is damn good for an old fugger.

That is awesome Doug. I have actually noticed increased recovery also. Mostly not much soreness but for me when I hit biceps they stay sore for some time. Always have. Probably because I f'n hate to curl. Lol

Hope so man.

Backs feeling pretty good but I decided to be careful with it anyway. I used the machine leg press which is actually more like a hack squat machine than a leg press but it worked. Killed my quads.

I am noticing some muscle hardness which is great cuz I tend to get kind of watery this time of year...

Noticing the same but I couldn't really say which it's from since I'm using the creatrona also. Since I've started bulking I usually get but wet myself. Nice change.

Yah hardness comes from the combination of products I would say. I like it, it gives the appearance of increased size without much weight gain...

That a PR on the DB rows. Really feeling strong. Overall observation also, I'm extremely dry and hard right now which is awesome in a bulk!

The strength is still coming up nicely and so far no joint issues which is great. Hopefully I can get my leg workout back to normal tomorrow. The back feels pretty solid again finally. Yay!​

Yes they are. Think back 2 weeks man. My back was out and I wasn't even squatting. Now I hit a PR 2 weeks straight on squats. 2 weeks in a row increased reps. The strength gains are coming steadily and haven't yet plateaued. Call me impressed.

Some really good natural products you are taking and ignite does give a big boost to your workouts that is hard to live without once you've experienced it.

Have you tried iGnite before? Really like it myself. Not quite the frenetic energy of speed extreme but a smoother energy for me. Honestly you just can't beat that deal for a pre and some quality creatine either way.

I have not. I have a bottle of ignite Im saving for PCT but I have enough faith in them that its worth the purchase. Love the speedx3 but its a lil strong for squat or deadlift days. Like you said with the free creatrona its a sweet deal. Ive been off creatine for about 3 months so could be real good to me
 
You can go to far with stim, ignite has more than enough but with more focus on actual physical performance. Hek you can add good size too with the crea-trona and amnosterone. The amino profile is stellar, I just love the fuggin stuff!!!
 
It really is quite a complete pre-workout compound with many key ingredients to not only get the best workout possible, but to get the best results from your work outs as well!

Solid workout. Skipped the face pulls this week due to some nagging shoulder pain. Trying to pin point the cause. Those t bars felt good. Might be going up again next week.

Well I hate to say it but no gym time for me today. I got stuck at work too late to get there. That hasn't happened in a long time and I'm not happy about it. But, I will go tomorrow instead. Way too much work to get done yet too but I can't complain about having work now can I?

ignite2 and crea-tona?

Yah that's the way to rock for sure... there is Crea-Trona in ignite but for recreational purposes it's fun to add some more in. Find a sweet spot and have fun with it. The powder may be quicker to kick in so start lower. I like half my daily dose pre-workout with the pills, maybe something similar with the powder would be good. I would just mix it in with my ignite....I'm cravin me some powder now.
