Halfhumans 8wk Alpha mass&Bulk cycle

Drank a 16oz caramel latte about an hour from my first dose and I must say it gave me the only headache. Will avoid caffeine for 3 hours from dose next time
 
Yeah headaches are terrible on cycle, usually a result from HBP.. sucks for me cause it runs in the family

Yea it was horrible. I usually have low blood pressure. So that caffeine on cycle did raise it alot I'm assuming. At times I would drink a coffee but not so close to dose. Yea my family has a history of hbp but that's because we Spanish and we all eat bad lol. Except me of course, trying to break that's streak

Week 1 day 5

No gym today so I lowered my calories by 500. Feeling a little tighter and pumped now. Just suffered a headache due to caffeine taken to close to first dose.
Macros for today;
Cal-3134
Carbs-246
Fats-93
Prot-306

Will hit the gym tomm.
 
Week 1 day 6

Took another day off from the gym due to doing family activities all day for Halloween. I enjoyed myself and went to halloween shows with little man dressed as spider man.

Cheat day. I ate 4slices of pizza. Lots of tortillas with avocado. It was delicious lol.
Didnt get to track my macros due to being busy.

Haven't get any sides yet. So far side free besides the little headache for two days.

I've taken my first dose Every time with a big breakfast. The good moods are the highlights so far.

Might do cardio once per week to reduce fat gain from bulking. Don't want to burn much calories so i will do HIIT for 10min tops.

Took 3:3 with bfast
Whole wheat bagel with a slice of cheese and 3 whole eggs.

Will go to the gym later today around two with 3:3 on a empty stomach.

Yes sir. Cheat days are good. Wish I had a piece of cake with it lol. We took pictures yesterday and my arms look nice in them. Lol. Wifey was like damn babe your arms look big. Love them compliments

I'm looking a bit fuller. But it's only week one. Wifey tells me I look bigger all around. Sounds good bruh. So far so good

Everyone keeps comparing them but they are different. Different delivery system as well.

Pros- Was very focused In the gym. Mind and muscle connection was on point. Felt like I could've stood in the gym for hours. Pumps were good as well. No lethargy so far.

Didnt get to meet my macros today but good descent amount of calories, Atleast it wasn't to low.
 
Thank god the gym was open and the storm wasn't a problem this morning. Missed my morning dose with breakfast bcause I left it at home. Took my first dose on a empty stomach pre workout at 10am. Felt good. Did chest and biceps and pumps were excellent, with good focus and energy. Those are the highlights so far. Hopefully strength gains come next week. Be safe to anyone in the East coast. Hopefully the gym is open tomm lol.

Gym is open. :-) the storm didnt harm the employees lol. Took 3:3 with bfast and two hours later ill hit the gym. Going to kill back, traps, tri's

Pros- pumps were really good today. Focus and strength was great as well. Feeling pumped for a few hours post workout.

Woke up feeling good. Looking a bit fuller. So far I'm liking this cycle and its only week 2. Took 3:3 with bfast will hit the gym at 2 or so with 3:3 on a empty stomach.

Feeling good this morning. I've been having good moods lately. The pumps are lasting pretty long. About 5 hours or so.

Took 3:3 this morning with bfast and will be hitting the gym at 2. Today's workout will be chest (dumbbells) and biceps.

Will do. First week was more focus, pumps, mind to muscle concentration, energy is leveled throughout workout and more fullness. Strength is not there yet. Gained two lbs in a week. Not to bad. Week two should be better

Will higher dosages on both starting week 3. Will go 8 Alpha mass, and 8 Alpha Bulk for 2 weeks and the last 4 weeks I will go 10:10

Thanx bro. Yea what happened to PP is fûcked up. Forerunner labs is most def legit so far. Week 3 coming and I will raise the dosages as well.

Cals 895-carbs 82-fats 29-protein 67

Hitting the gym an hour and a half from bfast.

Woke up feeling good and muscles felt full. No sides at all so far. Libido is still up (just had some sex) :-)
 
Took 3:3 with a shake. About an hour afterwards drank a peppermint coffee and felt fine. No raise in bp. Checked my bp it was 112.
