I would like to thank iForce & Vaughn for this Log opportunity.
I am finishing a cycle of HDROL (6week) / Stano (8 week) cycle & will be supplementing iForce: Lights Out & Joint Help into my PCT Arsenal.
My PCT also consists of SERM, DPOL, (Puruslabs), Creatine Monohydrate, Preworkout-Maximize Intense (iForce) & Erase.
The current workout regiment is 4 days a week each day (Chest/Tri's, Back/Bi's, Legs & Shoulders.)
Cardio is 20 minute warmup on treadmill (9% incline @ 3.6 mph) & finish workout with 1 mile jog @ under 8 minutes (except on leg days).
The dosing of Joint-Help will be in the morning & evening @ dinner. Lights-Out is 2 pills before bedtime.
My starting stats:
weight: 287 lbs. (started cycle @ 282: RECOMP)
ht: 6'5"
Training: 5 days a week
Calories: 3,000 (non-training) & 3,400 (training days) macros- 40P/40C/20F
I took my first dose of JOINT-HELP this morning to help my left shoulder which has really limited my workouts. I am unable to push press barbell/dumbells overhead due to this injury. Shoulder workouts have been dumbell front & lateral raises. NOTHING OVERHEAD.
I will be seeing a doctor in the next week or two for this. left elbow joint is aching; bothered by the heavy weights on curls & skull crushers.
Lights Out starts tonight!
I am really looking forward to see how my body responds to Joint-Help & Lights Out.
