recomp/slightly under recomp until i got laid off from work. then i just made sure i was eating. LOL. i havent been counting strictly as of late but from the first pin on august 6th to september 18th i know i was between 2300 and 2700 cals which is slightly under recomp, right now i'd have to guess im just slightly at or above maintenance, maybe 3100 or so.

as far as it being addicting, im going to have trouble keeping off the needle, i can already feel it. especially since my numbers now are starting to get good and i think the eq has really began to shine. unfortunately i'm also at the point where i dont want to stay on much longer and im almost out of gear and im not ordering again for a little while since im going to a new guy thats considerably more expensive but 100% pharma grade. he's got npp and tren hex... yes thats a preview of this spring's cycle. :afro:

Yea motha bitches!!! What's up now??? Haha sorry very excited right now! Squated it out against our top bodybuilder... I can't be seen!!! Anyways its official!!! I'm officially in Comp Prep! 2 months out. It's only a Bench and Deadlift comp! I'm takin lead. He thinks ill be competing at 270s haha

Squats: Didn't count sets, was competing. Maxed out at 675 which is a PR

Squat press: so this was new to me... At the squat rack he set the pins at half squat level with the bar on it. Go underneath the bar and press upwards, squat back down to bar and press back up for reps. Confidence booster and gets you use to heavy weight. 8/8/5/5
