My opinion, quality creatine, beta Alanine ,taurine If your taking beta obviously a good whey, a good amino acid supp I like Beverly mas amino or aminocore and luecine like someone said above I've never used it but have read great things recently and a good multi I take men's one a day pro edge I split the pill in half and take at different times so your not pissing half of it out, and If your trying to gain I'd recommend serious mass it's the most bang for your Buck I also split that into two

Serious mass? I can't believe that you would say that tbh. OP just buy whey and dump sugar in it and that's serious mass.

spend more time researching your diet layout and then start with fish oil and pre workouts in my opinion. protein only if you feel your intake is lacking

It says no added sugar right on the bag I know they add something else in place of but either way that's my the mass gainer I've had the best results with but I'm no expert what would you recommend I'm always open te try something different

make your own weight gainer with basic whey and additives like peanut butter, honey, oats, yogurts, fruits, etc. marketed gainers are not budget friendly

Totally agree I also take osteo biflex but that's specifically because I've had joint pain my whole life especially knee pain

I'll have to look up some recipes Thanks but If your gonna take a weight gainer purely for convenience then from my research serious mass is the best for the the price and highest calories per serving size ,If you do one scoop in sixteen ounces of milk it's something like 860 calories 42 grams of protein

Its all maltodextrin IIRC. You would be significantly better off doing as hvactech recommended.

Yeah I'll have to try something like that out, .I guess cnvenience is a huge thing for me, but what is the negative side to the maltodextrin ?

nothing really its a carb source. basically look at it this way: plain whey + tons of dextrose and malto = high calorie weight gainer with a high cost per serving. or: your favorite whey of choice + peanut butter + honey + oats = delicious weight gainer using your own personal ingredients with lower cost per serv

Nothing really, it's just another form of sugar, it's really cheap to buy and they charge a ton for it.

Supplements will only sway your results about 5-7% tops.

Diet and workout regime will have a much heavier impact.

Creatine, protein shakes(Avoid weigh gainers), a stim for starting the workout if you need it.

If you like stims I recommend arganine to go with them(vasodilator). They compliment each other. (Stims, such as coffee are will constrict veins raising BP). Fish oil is always good, and a basic multi.

Short of a PH, DS, AAS nothing is going to drastically sway you. Men in their early 30's will find decent benefits from test boosters as well.

If your trying to cut up, try a somewhat keto diet. If your an "Ectomorph" do not be afraid to eat a little dirty to get some meat on them bones. Keep it as lean as possible, but pasta here and there will not hurt you. But stick to whole grain.

Personally I don't have a problem with weight gainers. If I am bulking during school I'll make my own when I am at home and I'll take a pre-made one to drink during school. I like Ultimate Nutritions IsoMass Xtreme. It's not just protein and sugar. The first protein listed is isolate, it's 3 carb sources are Maltodextrin, Dextrose, Oat Fiber, but it also has creatine , 6.5g. of good fats, lots of vitamins, glutamine and enzymes. So it is a good all around gainer.
Don't get me wrong, whole food is the best for you, but if you're like me and can't eat 5-6 big meals a day, a gainer helps.

Don't forget the banana. :bigok:

I like elite casein protein before bed, 100% Whey from Optimum nutrition for the morning and Isopure right after my workout. I enjoy Jack3D, Hemavol and orotine. Strive from omega is great for intraworkout. I take Anavite for my multivitamin. I also take extra vitamin C, a B complex and B12. A good supplement for joint support is cissus XT by SNS

If your trying to bulk/put on size you shouldn't be dieting. I would suggest adding in a good creatine like Neovar also to your supplements. How old are you? A good test booster may help give you that extra edge also.
