You start building up some scar tissue after awhile too (or I did anyways). That made it sh1tter to poke through sometimes. I also like pinning after a shower with the oil on the counter to "thin", never had a prob with oil boils that way. (Test 400, C,E,P)

You should be able to tell when the year hits your system. I woke up in cold sweat and slept like s&&& that night. It was on day 3 or 4 after pin. What you using 200 or 250.

This kid is wimpy but he is extremely thorough and it's a very informative video on how to pin properly. I believe he said he's going into med school and he has buddies in med school. Best video I've found.
