Still a little under on protien but should be fine.

Saw a review on Drive. This dude said it took three weeks for it to kick in for him. Im thinking this dude might have some biological problem. I noticed it within first week.

Maybe he.was expecting more of a stim feel. Its not like that at all for me. Its more like a steady increase in energy that last all day.

Its not the OD caffine over 'd feeling way more natural

DRIVE isn't something you are necessarily going to feel "kick in" because it is more subtle product. For most you do not really notice a difference DRIVE makes until after 7-10 days of use and especially when you stop using it. The most noticeable effects are the mind-muscle connection, endurance increase, and for some you tend to notice more fluid movements especially during agility training or playing sports.

Good recommendation tyga. In addition, I would recommend into looking at getting some macadamia nut oil...good stuff and much better for cooking than olive oil actually. ;)

Diff need critic on diet. Trying my best . its getting better but keep missing the mark alittle.

I agree 100%. I logged Drive as part of a stack (with Fat Free) before becoming a rep and Drive did produce nice subtle improvements as the log went on, but I didn't really appreciate how much of a difference-maker it was until about a week after I ran out of it.

Drive has since become one of my favorite supps and a staple in my supplement use.

I feel DRIVE has always been one of the most overlooked supps and it is a shame because it is actually one of the better products out on the market. Which brings me to an important point...Dirk is one of the best formulators in the industry...period!

Dirk is amazing. It gets me once in a while when people lump us in with some of the companies that hide behind prop blends when they don't know how great Dirk is at putting these formulas together. As it is there are already people out there copying his work. No need to make it easy for them!

Have you tried NO Uptake yet? Another Dirk masterpiece....
 
If youre LG/IFing, on your rest days id up your fat content higher.. 100-110g, and lower your carbs. Workout days, demolish carbs and lower fats (50-65g)

You could always make a protein brownie as well.. 4tbsp pb, 1 scoop protein and enough water to turn it into sludge.. and nuke it for 30-45secs. ...idk why i juat threw that recipe at you lol

Nah haven't tried any of the new stuff. Fat Free or N.O. Uptake. I will eventually since I am one of the few that have used the entire AN line extensively.

Deffinatly, Dirk is a smart guy. I've went to him a few times with non AN related ingrediants and he amazes me with the stuff he knows. jdg76Team APPNUT

Love it. I got my weight gainer and protien bar recipe from other AMers. Now i got one for brownies!
Will pick up some nuts today. Todays on off day but will post diet later.
As far as drive i felt it in about 3rd day for sure. And also 4 caps prework out realy do the trick. I know it suggests 3 at my weight. But hoping 4 caps Drive every now and then shouldnt hurt

It doesnt look like a brownie by any means lol but it psychs me into thinking im eating one. I nuke mine until the edges are solid but the middle is goopy, stir it, let it sit then DEMOLISH.

It was last saturday, my grandma passed away that friday at 630pm, so i backed out. Mentally i wasnt there. I just checked in at the hotel in STL to weigh in and check my height when i got the call, so i drove back to town (2hr away) and have been getting ready for next year.

Looked at the macadamion nut, expensive. High in fat but alittle low on protien. I ended up going with dry roast peanuts.

14g fat // mac's were like 16
7g protien //2
6g carbs // 12

Dry roast so no added oil or salt.

Were they whole macadamias? There deffinitely pricey! Roasted peanuts are good as well, or walnuts..

Nuts are expensive. I live in CA and a lot of them are grown around here, so it isn't quite as bad. One of the things I really like about pistachios is that they are a little bit of work with the shells so you don't eat them by the handful. I buy 3 lb. bags of them for about $15 at Costco.

I think it's true of most nuts/seeds. You are already taking Drive though, so you should be well covered in the libido department!

Good thing i had my 3 drive caps in a to go bottle. With some luck we can make this a quick repair so i can get home and get some z's.

Mood is still very elevated.

aggression starting to come up alittle. Maybe it just been my day.

Libido about same.

If it works out i will be in the gym about 6am for an ill session.

Im going to reseatch hemp seed protien alittle more. I know soy has some thing that mimics estrogen. After useing it to long it starts knocking ur nateral hormonies out of wyack.
So hemp might have same effect

:blink: but but but...nuts! Meh it is kinda true what you mention, it should be checked up...I never worry about almonds/pecans/walnuts trace protein values since they are minimum but these ones...DAMN :shock: holy mother of protein!

I read somewhere a long time ago how hemp can raise estro, so it would be something needing some research. But it may be another option. :)jdg76team APPNUT

If I do recall correctly hemp protein is not an ideal protein source. Man I have been outta the loop for so long I forgot a lot of stuff. Not as sharp as I once was and I am not even that old...damn. :D

So i got up extra early today in order to hit the gym before work. Woke up 5:30am pooped 4 IGF2 and 3 Drives first thing. At the gym about 6:10. Kind of dragged as$ leaving the house, that costed me the 20min cardio i was tring to squeze in.

I know my squats suck. But i realy got to protect my ol'back.


Mood:
once the blood started flowing felt great and realy in. By the time i walked out the gym i felt great almost euphoric. I think empty stomach + Drive + early routine is the best way to start the day.

Endurance:
Excellent today. Worried about being to sleepy, but was wide awake and amped.

Aggression:
I mentioned feeling a raise in aggression yesterday. Today i feel to good to let any thing bother me. But we will see as the day goes on

Overall:
Couldnt be better, awake, extra alert, ready.

Need to get my routine into a more advanced level, any one know any thing about DC (dog crap) training?
Saw it mention will look into it.

I will get my diet posted later. Cant eat till 12, but im grabbing a cup black coffee
 
Doggcrapps cool, ive done three "blasts" of it. Did it natural one time and put on 6lbs, was also stuffing my face.. wasnt all lean. I quit doin it because i love volume, DC doesnt have enough for me

First of all, great leg workout this morning. Those leg extensions are impressive! Also glad to hear that you are feeling the mood enhancement from Drive. Euphoric was a nice description. I always have trouble telling people how it makes you feel. I always just feel better when I take it.

As far as fat burners go, there a tons of choices. Diet is going to be the biggest key if you are looking for abs. Fat Free is a nice, well-rounded burner. EC or ECY is a good stack too. It may be overkill, but I like this stack: Ephedrine, Fat Free and Decimate or DCP. This really attacks it from all the different angles.
 
Its 8:30 and im beat! it was a full day. Last night i went ti bed way to late to wake up 5:30 in the am.
Ill be asleep b4 10pm today. If i get up i might go for some cardio or just take off. Should be good to take the IGF2 at 9 or 10 then knock the fuk out.

Diet was fairly good and tight. Lost control with the peanut , but its hard to stop eating them.

I love ephedra, but will be trying to stay away from it for a while. I was developing somw what of an addiction to it.
Although it super effective , it gives u that strung out look and feel.

I'm gonna follow this one. Not sure I follow the diet ratio for cutting unless you are very active all day long. But I'm old school on diet for cutting. Good going so far though. If you have bad disc in your back then don't add any weight to the Good Mornings and go ahead and add a little to the squats, use a good spotter and any funny feeling in your back ask for assistance. The added weight on squats will help tremendously on the core muscles(abs) you are looking for. Of course I know you know all this, I'm just rambling...

Lol, throught out info, not rambling. Yeh im going to go slow with the squats. Goodmorrnings , i want to get a good streach, i know i probably shouldnt but want to get back into the deads. U think im going to high cal? Im about 500 under mantanance. Any advice on diet is welcome. I can do a real fast but trying not to lose muscle.
Seems to be working noticed veins coming through on my mid section, and may be a little abs poking out.

I was real close last year but made the mistake of bulking. Mistake becuase i dont normally eat 5000 cals a day. So when i got my weight up. I started losing slowly when my diet went to normal.

What i was left with was a flabby belly.


My cut last yr. But weight was to low.

187lb cut, 210lb this pic. My normal weight is 205lb.

205 ripped and natural is the goal, i got till june. Thats when the shirt comes off


So today was supposed to be an off day... But no rest for the wicked!
Begore i was able to open both eyes i dropped 4 IGF2 and three drives down the chute.

Cardio: 2 miles 30min . Not breaking any records ...yet.

Really loving this combo right now!
Sleeping deeper solid, wake up ready for action. energy is high all day. Endurance is up. Mood is great, every day!

Also seem to recover way quicker.
It all seems very natural
