Day 10 as noted had to take the day off due to my wife's carpel tunnel surgery. Even though I did not go to the gym, I did have a workout. She wanted the treadmill moved from the basement upstairs. So I started dragging it up the stairs, got to the top and it will not fit even with taking the basement door off. UGH, so here I go back down the stairs and outside and into the living room.

Thanks Dewey. I can't stand a messed up weight room, I have to clean it up.It really pisses me off when I get to the gym right when they open on the weekends and there are plates everywhere. I guess cleaning up the gym counts as your warmup, right? Good upper body workout this morning Cary.

Drives me up the wall. I think its required at New York Sports Club to have weights haphazardly placed and employees are not allowed to organize them.
I think it should be a requirement that you should be a gym member to be an employee, even better if you had knowledge of nutritionSadly, 80% of the employees at my gym (Gold's) don't look like they could lift a 45lb. plate off the floor and rack it.

Even though I did not go to the gym today, I am doing a chest workout. I got out my Perfect Pushup and I'm doing sets of pushups. Even got my son to get on my back and did 5 pushups!

I can't do decline at all, its put too much stress on my shoulders, I haven't tried decline db yet, I may try that sometime and see how it does.Solid intensity on the chest workout. Decline press motions have virtually no shoulder stress if you feel to change it up, the smythe can get awkward on an incline.

Thanks, I really felt good after this morning's workout!!That's too bad. After I tore my labrum, I was exactly the opposite. I could not do any incline work but decline work was actually tolerable. Either way, it's best to listen to your body and adjust accordingly. Nice chest workout no matter what.
