Alright brothers!!! It's ****in ON!!!!!!!! Strength is through the ****in roof! Setting PRs and not stopping... I'm makin steroid like strength gains whilst losing weight!!! My coach says I'm ready!!! He's ordering all my gear Monday! I am in the 259 weight class as well.

These supps are what's up, Evicerate burns like a motha ****er while lifting ****! My stomach is red!!!

I posted in my thread where I researched the weight and a lot of big guys hit a tad over 225... So guess it kinda makes sense. Either way J, you smoke in everything else & out weigh me by about 100lbs... I'll call you for my next bar fight.

Yea was close before... Added a few swings in last set to get Thos last reps but stayed straight

HOLY :omfg:, Your numbers are Insane. I got tired of looking for your workouts with all these comments. lol. Very impressed. Im not even doing half of what your deads are. For some reason I just cant get them moving up like I used too. Awesome stuff man!

That was my 1rm and was last set... Haha thank you bro! Def my weakest point Tbh I feel. I'll get there haha
 
Hey bro! Just curious what type of training you go by for heavy lifting. I started lifting not even 2 years ago and I 1rp 175 lol, and now I'm up too 315x3. Which is good, but if there is some type of exercises I could b doing to reach the 405 mark I would love to here it bro. Thanks bro! I'm sure I will get there as too I'm already getting my 2nd cycle ready. But know with ur exspertise in this field, you prolly know how to get the most of your strength.

I honestly just started DL for my first time a couple months ago... I always just did my own programs.
Heavy Goodmornings, rows (db and bb), pull ups and Lat pulldowns are what I recommend

315x3 was my bench, that's what I was referring too brotha lol I do all u were recommending except good mornings and I will deff you tube that excercise. I mainly wanna et the bench up too big boy statis. Where as most I think, think that's the icing on the cake for lifting. Just didn't know if I need to be doing lower reps with heavy or not. Oh and that is real impressive to deadlift 675 and u just been doing it recently. Damn genetics! Lol!

Oh haha when I get off work I will pm you my scheme I came up with that will put u over the top!!! I have had DanB and R3act use it and they saw the gains

Strong back plays a big role in a big bench too MS. Get those Lats solid.

Might take a couple weeks to get used to the sets but def legit.

It takes a bit of endurance and your always gonna go for a 1rm to failure for one set... That's where the moneys at

Word. It took me a couple weeks to figure out the weight for my set before the 1RM set.

Yea its wierd but the warm up of 15 should be 135 unless your 315+ then it should be 225
