Thought I would share a nice transformation of one of my clients who is just an average "gym-goer"

made from a nutrition & training plan while incorporating AndroLean v3 for 8 weeks.

Just the normal 6 softgels a day divided in meals 1 & 2I believe I started him on 2800 cals and got down to 2600 calories... lolMacros went from 318p 176cho 55f ---> to eventually some carb cycling with a once-a-week 6 hr refeed window.....My goal was to just lose BF% while sparing muscle as hes ALWAYS lost tissue in past from what he told me....-Matt

nice. is the band-aid on his shoulder from a flu shot or test? lol
Not sure...But the guy wont put anything into his body without serious convincing....he would not touch clen and I really wanted to push the envelope and get him contest shredded so he could have a very nice rebounding effect and he was heavily scared to death of it.I am surprised I got him on AndroLean-Matt

Can't wait until my 12 week AL run stacked with 800stano/30epi/ for the last 8 weeks ;)

Gonna go from 300p/200c/75f
Eventually to 195p/100c/65f
With carb cycling and some cheat days lol
And adding cardio calorie deficit before actually food calorie deficit ;)

That's sweet. We may have to talk soon.

Nice work! It did wonders for me and I am excited to see more people using it.

Well yeah when my calories go down that low I have those cheat days according to
My weight, and the way I feel, I'll cheat with

390/390/100

Whats your advise, I love your advise!! Haha :)

Ok -- I decided to transition my guy into 4-8 weeks of AndroHard now ....

So far he is now 2 weeks into the AndroHard and I believe getting even tighter

(Really stoked for this guy as he wanted to see if we could get him lean enough for physique division and I believe we have done this)

What are your goals? Are you a competitor or some guy that wants to be big, lean and jacked?

Some guy that just wants to be lean and strong? So many goals...

-Matt

Not into competing although I would love too. I want the latter, super jacked and lean. Not onto the diced out look. I like having a flat toned stomach not really full abdominal a showing. I would like to drop about 6 BF percentages and put on a solid 10lbs. I would like to be 225 at like 10-12% BF.

Same thing I wouldn't wanna be 150 & diced.
I'd rather be 200 & cut.

I want to compete, I want to be cut like diamonds lol

Diced, striated, razor sharp.

Best I was, was 180 @ 8% when I wanted to compete for physique but I pussied out lol. I'm trying to bulk 210+ and maintain that for over a month and then cut down slowly down to 185 @ 4-6% lol

I don't have an interest in competing, but I feel like if I did, I probably would back out last minute as well, takes alot of confidence to stand on a stage half naked.

No offense dude but you're going to need a lot more than Andro series to achieve that goal, in eight Weeks that's kinda far fetched...

Regardless the above results look great, what is the weight difference?

None taken bro, still have a lot of work and will always have a lot of work to do. The beauty of body sculpting, it never ends. I would expect to get their in 8 weeks from the Androseries. Most importantly he has a professional keeping diet ad training in check.

Who said 8 weeks? He could certainly achieve those goals on the AndroSeries

I agree, you can achieve those results without any type of steroid as long as you have a superior diet and great training plan. The Androseries will only enhance it further.

Dude. Gaining ten lbs and losing 6% body fat is unrealistic.

unless your diet is complete **** right now, i don't see that as an "achievable goal" naturally, ESPECIALLY in 8 weeks. sorry

I never said 8 weeks for those goals bro. He just asked what my general goals are and I stated what I would like to be at. Need way more than 8 weeks.

sorry my friend i just thought you guys were saying it's going to happen in eight weeks, thats all.
but that is a good goal, just give yourself some time because it will take some time indeed

Definitely going to take some time. I like to lose fat slowly without huge deficits so when the time comes I won't pack it back on too easily.

With the right genetics, training, diet and supps.....lots of things can happen.

Hell, with the right genetics --- you will have the genetic inferiors calling you a liar

when they are on hormones and you are not , but are more impressive.

I agree completely. That's why I was saying it would take a little while to lose 6%..
and when you diet slowly, you'll keep more mass. thus getting your closer towards that goal.

It certainly is possible naturally, not in 8 weeks, but it can be done

Matt is crazy good at what he does. Alot of you know I had great results with him and it was my first show ever... no idea what to do but Matt guided me step by step. I'm still with him in my off-season and I didn't really plan on doing that. I figured after my show I would have learned some that I could go into an off-season and "cruise". After I realized this would not be the better option.... I just kept him LOL. Poor Matt has not had a break from me since we started back in March ..........

Yep, everytime I see a picture of a client of his, I am shocked at his consistency and send him a congrats message.
