Ive ran haloplex, halovar, sd of course, tren ( pro), cant remember what other compounds were in spawn and incredible bulk, took those and blew up ha...ive done more halo and epi cycles than anything, i like the lean mass....

Nice history bro ya I have incredible bulk but stuff is strong its phera plex epistane and M-lmg. So I'm holding off on that one till I run a few more cycles lol. I'm about to do a mild stack or finaflex 1-andro and 550-XD stack.
 
Ya finaflex has been on my to get list ha...heard good things about it...ya i took incredible bulk 3 yrs or so ago...it was insane, just very organ unfriendly ha...made my bloodsugar drop also...i gained almost 15 pds though...cycle looks good, good luck....

Ya I've heard good things too i was just looking for a mild stack to run between methyls doing 4 caps a day andro and two caps 550-xd a day. Ya man bulk is harsh I'm not that brave yet lol I have some dragon nutrition M1-T also but holding off on that stuff too I've heard its rough.

Yea i know....todays lunch was good...i made a pizza...whole wheat/ low carb wraps...made own sauce, canadian bacon, turkey sausage, and chicken, with green bell pepper....low fat mozzerella cheese..
 
I know guys...i had lab work done before cycle..im gna get it checked after also...ive been takin ultram for a few years, old shoulder injury from lifting...dnt know what ekse to take

Werd I'll do it when I get to my computer. I'm a pretty big fan of sd, I wanted to run it on the end of this cycle, but I'm running epi, tren ace gave me some nip issues, really I had a bunk AI. But Ah and a pharm AI has completely reversed the issue, figured epi will finish up the job
 
Hmm look through pages 12-17...oh really ya, ive nvr had problems with taking erase...mabe u should try that or inhibit ? Ya so far its been good, going for a lean bulk...just experimenting 10 mg for 6 weeks hoping for less sides and to maintain more after pct...ill post more progress pics prolly nxt week
 
Havent logged in a few days...day 14 looking leaner....been eating more lean meat combos per meal...up to 203 ....im.expecting to pass my goal of 205 specially since i have 4 more weeks to go:)
Been eating more brown rice also....lunch today was chicken, ground turkey, brown rice, and brocoli, and yes a cherry coke zero...stuffs addicting...

Good stuff man, I can't wait to start my SD cycle. I'm liking the idea of 10mg for 6 weeks, but then I want to run 10/10/20/20 haha. I might just see how I feel on bumping it to 20.
 
Ya man so far i like it...not much if any lethargy at all..my main reason for this cycle is to be safe as possible...blood pressure isnt crazy out of wack...but i would give it a shot, i think you will like it

That's good to hear! Lethargy sucks! I would also prefer to have minimal sides too.
 
At the doc today..bp was 133/79 not bad for me...he wants me to get lab done, kinda iffy abt that ha...i know some thing will be abnormal.....hitting heavy legs after lunch....

Only fans not welcome on this log is longhorn or sec fans...ha I'm jk...good cardio session tonight...think I'm going to switch up routine next week...really focus on one muscle group a day...we will see how that works..it used to work really good, then u started p.h.a.t and the gains stopped after i switched back from p.h.a.t...anyway ill do chest, back, shoulders, arms, and legs...5 days on 2 off for cardio....dinner tonight was 6oz ground turkey,1 c brown rice, 1 c brocoli...havent really had time to log lately, been busy....ill try to log diet and progress pics tomarrow...anyway, eat big or play with barbies (inside joke with one of my friends lol)
