Thank you all that subbed and have supported me from the beginning or new comming. I wouldn't be where I'm at today if it wasn't fork you all... Motivation, inspiration.. lessons taught and learned. The support amongst us is stronger than I will ever get or anyone for that matter and I wanna thank you all!

Interested to see how this works for you. I've been on the Anabeta fence for a while now. Your girl is gonna have to hire a nanny because she can't leave the kitchen.
 
any less than 3800 calories and I was starving from anebeta, it was bad the first 5 days and after that it wasn't as strong of a hunger, 3 pills is definetly good ****. 2 prewo, 2 posted, 2 presleep

Deep squats came first! I mean squat all the way down till you sit... Hold for a sec and explode up. Knee wrapped tight, belt, chalk! Killed it!
