About to get off work here in 1.5hrs and I'm feeling pretty good. I may get up earlier than usual to run some errands so that I can afford myself some time so that I can 1) shoot my midpoint review of SpeedX3 (halfway? nooooo! So sad to see the sweet watermelon crystals disappearing more and more each workout day) and 2) potentially bring you guys a surprise video.... :D!

We'll see.

DAY 17: LEGS

Comeback city baby. I told you guys I would be coming back with a vengeance. I threw down my 1.5 scoops of SpeedX3 about 15 minutes prior to getting into the gym. I walked back into the locker room, exchanged my flip flops I casually walked in with for my Nike Air Force Ones which are my go-to Deadlift/Squat shoes, threw my hoodie up, selected a good tune, and WENT TO ****ING WORK.

BARBELL BACK SQUATS: 45x10 95x10 135x10 185x10,10,10 PR

LEG PRESS: 215x10 305x10 355x10,10,10 PR 215x12 burnout with a 1 second pause at the bottom good lord my quads wanted to explode they were so engorged with blood

GLUTE-HAM RAISE: BWx10,10 BW+10lbsX10,10

SEATED CALF RAISE: 90x15 135x15,15,14,12 90x8

Left. Exhausted. Work. Done.

HELLO BOYS.... I'M BAAAAAAAAAAAAAACK! (points if someone names this movie ;))

LOL you definitely nailed it for the movie quote haha. When I had typed it out I sat there for a minute and was like "wait a minute... this is from a movie!"

And thank you sir. I almost thought about skipping back squats and just doing fronts instead but every time I put more weight on the bar I got more and more comfortable with it so I just stuck with it. I wanted to do a fourth set but I knew I had a lot of volume to get in today so I get it to 3. I was really surprised by how much I did... back to setting a PR with each workout now with the help of Lecheek!

Thank you sir! I didn't mean to make it last that long... I was shooting for 5 minutes tops. I think once I ramble I just can't stop. Or maybe its just that I had so many great things to say about Lecheek's product :D!

Thanks Breezy. Just don't do what I did and go with 2 scoops right off the bat. I have always considered myself stim tolerant and thought I could handle it with ease. Heart about exploded in my damn chest... but daaaamn I was like ADHD in the gym (in a good way) because of it! I've now adjusted to the two scoops and get nice clean energy from it but it did take take to adjust ;)

Haha I'm the same way. 2 caps of OG Dexaprine did hardly anything for me. I was even taking almost up to 2 scoops of Maximize Intense a few months ago!!!

Haha I did the same with Max Intense right from the start. I had to dial it back a bit and work back up.

DAY 18: SHOULDERS

So I changed things up in the routine a bit today to keep my muscles guessing. I'll go back to the usual stuff next time. As you guys saw from the video today, I took TWO scoops before heading to the gym. Literally as soon as the video was done I was out the door!

What I used to notice: beta alanine tingles, flushing, tachycardia, increased focus, increased drive, energy spike without crash, and ridiculous pumps.
What I notice now that I'm more than 2 weeks in: BA tingles are still present as is the flushing about 5-10 minutes after dosing. Tachycardia is present only with the first two or three sets of my first exercise and then it subsides. Intense focus. Intense drive. Smooth long lasting energy from beginning to end and beyond of workout. And the pumps... my god the glorious pumps. You'll see :) So I've definitely adjusted now to two scoops!

STANDING OVERHEAD BARBELL PRESS: 45x15 95x10,8 85x10,9

SEATED DB OVERHEAD PRESS: 25x15 40x10,10,8+2@35 35x10 25x12

BARBELL SHRUG: 135x10 225x5+5@185 185x10,10,10 which led to an immediate dropset of...

DB SHRUG: 70x10 50x12

FRONT RAISES: 20x10,10

SCAPTION: 20x10,10

LATERAL RAISES: 20x8+2@15 15x10

REAR DELT FLYS: 5x10warmup 15x10 too heavy to maintain squeeze 10x10,10,20

STRAIGHT BAR UPRIGHT ROW: 60x10,10,10,10

Needless to say my shoulders were cooked. Didn't really set any PRs today... or maybe I did. I've always done DB overhead press and never really kept track of the barbell press so who knows. Either way I felt fantastic walking out of the gym! Those rear delt fly DOMS really crept in when I was grocery shopping afterwards. Hurt just to reach for things off the shelves! The pumps were ridiculous! And during the raises I noticed some new vascularity showing through in my front delt!


Hopefully its noticeable to you guys... I know where to look but I thought it would be lame to draw little arrows on the picture lol...

Thanks brother! Long arms is the worst in almost every exercise. Have to go that extra distance ;) bench press... bicep curls, skullcrushers. Everything! Not an excuse though haha makes me want to work that much harder!
