Dairy and wild dreams

I've been trying this on myself. If I drink a big glass of milk before bed I get some pretty intense dreams. Also read that different types of cheese can do this. So far I've only tried mozzarella before bed....nothing noticeable.
I'll be trying cheddar tomorrow!

Lactose Intolerance...Either that or someone is slipping Acid in your milk...lol

I'm definitely a bit lactose intolerant but I love milk. I hope it's not acid, I have a career lol.
 
I have weird dreams ever night and I drink my shake 3 hours before bed on none workout nights. I'll give you an example of my dream I had last night. i was in this small town staying at this hotel and there were no mirrors in the town and I saw the guy from roger rabbit and he said that there is one mirror in the alley way behind the who ha hotel and I saw him walk into the alley and I was thining thats so stupid I dont want to have to shave in an alley
 
Perhaps if you descibed in unmost detail one or more of these dreams compared to one or two "normal" dreams, we might be able to grasp where you are going with this. Remember, detail IS key ---- unless it's about me, then pick a different dream.
 
I may have to try this. I usually have nightmares every night. Most of them, I remember. I wonder if I'll have vivid nightmares about cows. Mmmmm... cows....

Zombie cows eating other cows and people! The tables have turned!
 
Still not much with the cheese but chocolate milk is wild man!
