Huskers won big, NWMSU won big. Good football day. Not a ton of food but I didn't work out today. I did a lot of walking around on the sidelines.
Awesome news of the day. I had an ex I bumped into today give me the facedrop look. Hells yeah. Transformation from the 2 years ago she's seen me is getting closer.

Last few days have been BUSY.
Work outs have went great. Aggression and attitude is sky high.
Wed. was a beastly workout at 62 minutes, 872 cals burnt.
Thursday was an off day. I had a bunch of meetings and then had to get tires on my car.

Thats why you got sick!!! All joking aside. It's hard to avoid that stuff with a 3 year old who loves the stuff. I wish I had his metabolism though! He's 3, eats like a horse and the Dr. keeps telling us we need to feed him more since he weights so little.
He's age 3, 44 inches in height and weighs 30.2lbs. He was sitting at 28 for the last year and a half.
Funny story, the Dr. told us knowing I was dieting that it's okay for Desmond to eat more to get some weight on him. I told the Dr. the kid eats everything. He looks over and Desmond is running around the Dr. exam bed with a toy jet and asks us how often Desmond is active like that. We tell him 100% of the time he isn't sleeping, we can't get the kid to sit still. He said that explains it. We've had the daycare tells us that haven't seen a kid with so much energy as well. We asked if we had to worry about ADHD and they said no, their isn't a concentration issue or anything, he is just a active boy.
So I need to bottle up Desmonds energy and metabolism and sell it. I'd be RICH. RICH I tell you.

9-25-2012 - Angry Morning
Today was one of those mornings. You know the morning you wake up semi-late and just can't seem to get it together making for a pissed off start to your day. Added bonus wife is annoyed at me for something... that something I don't know... I ask her and I get the "nothing" which means there is something. Luckily I was running late so I didn't have time to pry, which usually results in my wife's face melting off and flames coming out of the eye sockets of her face. So I'll get that experience later on today I'm sure. Regardless I made it to work on time, I'm having a fat day. (Yes, guys who are fat can have them.) Jeans felt a little snug in the legs today. I hate that.
Ben got me all self conscious. I've been debating going vegetarian for a month or two!!
Enough sounding like a valley girl who just got cut off from her trust fund.

9-25-2012 - Boring Afternoon and Pooptastic Night.

So I tried a sample of SuperPump...I always thought the name SuperDump was a joke of some sorts. Little did I realize that I would be in the bathroom like I just took a triple dose of DAA. WTH do they put in that stuff. They should sell it as a pre-surgery colon cleanse! That being said I had a great workout 62minutes and 872 calories burnt. Stalled on the deadlift but was able to add 5lbs to my bench and curls.
Aggression has been really high but tonight was the first night in awhile that my libido wasn't through the roof. Weight is up about 3.25lbs.
That being said now time for a random story. Tonight my wife comes home and is like.. Guess what I got at the store, I said what? She said, I got a gallon of vanilla ice cream and some fresh strawberries! I'm thinking REALLY, I'm trying to eat healthy and you bring a gallon of vanilla ice cream into the house...... I hate cardio bunnies with high metabolisms.. That is all I'm saying.. Night one I avoided the ice cream. Evil stuff to have in the house! Thanks to Ben and his OCD, it's making my OCD flare up so I won't eat it.

Off day.
Went shopping for equipment for the new home gym. We got our preapproval for the house(s) we wanted. Just need one of them to pass inspection!
Had some Orange Leaf frozen yogurt, no toppings. It was a good treat and low cals.
I got a treadmill and elliptical yesterday at Dicks. Already had a recumbent bike.

Then they had a decent set of adjustable dumbbells for $149! They go up to 70lbs each. This will cut back on space and I'll only have to buy a few higher weight ones.

So now my wife the cardio bunny is happy. I should be ordering the bumper plates and bars from Rogue soon. Still debating on what power rack and bench to buy. Same with a hip/leg press. Any suggestions would be awesome!
Dicks Sporting goods cut me a deal it was right around $1500 + tax for all in the pictures. It was actually the cheapest elliptical they had. I was wanting a back pedal version though as they seem smoother to me. Plus I got to use a $50 off coupon and should get $50 back in Dick Reward Points from the loyalty card. Had been saving for a while for this gym. I am going to have to store a lot of it in a storage unit if the house doesn't 100% close soon. Still waiting on people in the house to move out. We splurged on the treadmill and that wasn't even a middle level treadmill there, they had them going up to 3k! Dicks is supposed to deliver end of next week.
The Rogue stuff and power rack is what is going to get pricey. I got the bumpers and bars ordered. I ordered 500lbs of weight and 2 bars. Still not sure where to get the power rack and bench at.
When it's all said and done it'll be right around 3k spent I think but might as well do it now that i'm moving into a new house that has the room.

I'll have to post pictures of the gym I pay $45 a month for. The equipment is worse than that. I live in a small rural town of only 1200 people so we are lucky to have a gym but I want a bit better equipment.
