Im pretty sure w high glycemic carbs. Insulin is what drives carnitine into the muscle cell. This is what makes the body switch to burning fat for fuel. Even more effective would be injecting lclt subq w insulin.

1iu isn't gonna do much harm. Take a look at Dat's forums. There is a ton of info over there. But high glycemic carbs w lclt will work, saturation just takes much longer, around 100 days.

yeah I knew what I was doing when I messed with insulin a while back...but back then I'd only tell certain people how to do it properly, since most people are too stupid to trust with it...even with proper guidance.

I thought arnold only did test, tren and popped dianabols like House pops Vicodins.
 
Mostly the newer generation, as in the '00's, abused insulin. Probably not the OG's from the '70s and '80's....but I'm sure some did back then too....You really need to stack AAS with GH with Slin, then you got a serious combo there....

Jay had a torn bi last year, he just had it repaired, and that's why he's our this year. Saw him at the gym about 5 days ago doing some light arm work and he looks good.

I also prefer the aesthetic look (shawn ray, dexter jackson)....but that being said I was a big dorian yates fan. probably because I got sick of haney after a while, and yates was white like me LOL....

why these athletes/bodybuilders go to shyt after retiring is beyond me. I Intend to do this until I'm crippled and can't do it anymore lol. but yeah, I was a big fan of Dorian in his heyday....followed the Olympia in the damn magazines most of the time in the old days....no coverage of it in the mainstream media anywhere, and no PPV or internet for a while back there...

Antihero,i was aware of jays bicep,which is mainly why i made the aynthol comment..maybe small dose to bring them up to look in sync.

Did Jay look even close to competitiion shape?

mass is really hard to carry as you age, i was 260+ 6 years ago...at 54 my joints just don't want that much weight to carry anymore. but i agree, there is no reason why you can't lift to have good lbm and be fit up into 60's-70's. a guy called the dutchman is still rocking here at AM and he is probably getting close to 80!!!!

dude thats only normal,my favorite bodybuilder is white,if he was black i may feel guilty,lol..

But all jokes a side.if Lee priest ( my personal favor)was 5'9" he would have a few O's under his belt.

S.Ray ,phenomenal,perfect basically. I like Dexter but,seeing him as a mr o was a bit odd. As aesthetci as he is,i would like more mass.

Flex Wheeler how he never won an O is beyond me.the guy was proportionate in every way,perfect muscle bellies etc....Dorian yates was great,but was it 2 years in a row he won with a torn bicep? either way,its all P.R

flex wheeler was another one, just not one of my favorites. Levrone was pretty insane too. I thought dexter jackson got "too big" when he won the O lol...in the years previous he was smaller and more aesthetic....but you gotta do what you gotta do to excel at your "job" right?....

Well for Dexters size maybe he looked to.big,but still on stage comapred to most the mass monsters,he was still to small i believe.The guy does have great genetics though.

As for doing what u got to,absolutley bro.When u r a pro athlete,u have to do what helps. Dexter is mid 40s i believe still looks good,last year i wasnt impressed at all to be honest. Freeman at his mid 40's also keeping up.Great size amd has a great physique.Seems to be getting better with age,lol,like fine wine.
