That's insane. Next month I'll b on ConDense & D -Pol.Kind of busy tonight but today was day 3 of the Condense experience and hoooolllllllyyyyyyy shiiiittttt. Me and my boy hit shoulders tomight and I had the craziest vein running down my biceps through my shoulders and across my chest! Epic! Then I go to the locker room and start posing only to find a sick vein on my lats! Besides all this the workouts are great! The caffeine gets you going and the vascularity makes you feel like a badass. I let my buddy try a scoop and he loved it so much he bought the condense dpol stack on nutra. Peace. 197 up from what?Today was chest day and I didn't know what was up but my pumps kinda lacked. Couldn't been that I didn't get to the gym until 45 post Condense ingestion. Also I ate a lot this weekend up to 197 :/ but despite the lack of pump I threw around a lot of weight. Hitting numbers I haven't hit since precomp; most notably 105x8 incline db bench and 275x7 flat barbell bench with strict technique. I'm gunna be working the stricter technique on everything this go round because I noticed the most gains even in precomp conditioning. I've learned not to be naive and heavier weights doesn't mean bigger or better looking muscle mass. I also slightly injured my tricep, most likely just a strain. Should be good for back tomorrow but I will be careful with pull ups and pull downs as I have heard of people snapping their triceps on those.
Should be a better workout tomorrow cause I hit 30 minutes of cardio and ate clean today. I'm craving ze pump!!!
Was sittin at 194 Friday so not too much but I can definitely noticed a difference in body comp which I don't like. Hopefully the Fat Smack will take care of cravings I have been having.... Especially for peanut butter...197 up from what?

Jones, Since your previous detailed note about doing cardio 2 times a day on a few days in 1 thread, I have been wanting to ask you something.Arms day today. Hit em hard and fast. I was up 3 pounds but noticed more veins than I have ever seen in my life due to the high volume and speed at which I lifted! Veins are still exploding and fullness is great!
In my precomp phase I ran on an empty stomach every morning and it's great. But you're asking if a zero cardio and entire weights plan is good for fat loss? When it comes to this I need to know a lot more about you. Because fat loss is mostly diet. Also it's a cliche to say everyone is different but what works for me may not work for you and vice versa. I gave that advice on that thread cause that guy had no clue what to do. But back to what you were asking, zero cardio will most definitely maximize muscle gains and if you hit weights hard enough it can act like cardio in a way. I'm not a fan of going over 12-15 reps in a set so 16-20 seems like overkill to me. But if your goals right now are to get lean and stay go for itSubbed, read up on PunjabiMunde's log for this, helped me understand the product a lot!

I have started doing 3 days of light weights, lots of reps (4-6 sets of 18-20 reps)-2 days of heavy weights(3 sets of 8-12). I split it in this way : (L=Light, H=Heavy)

Good update! Glad your friend likes it.What's up everybody, it's been awhile but school has dragged me down, amongst other things. Anyhow, today was shoulder day and damn was I impressed! The most impressive vein development has been the main vein of my bis. And filthy veins across my front delt and chest. Also I felt like my muscles we're very full, just as they have been almost daily while I've been Condense-ing.
As a side note my friend recently purchased Condense and sent me this text after his arm day today: "Condense = soooo many veins". So it's not just placebo for me and me only. I feel like this stuff will work for most everyone
On the bad side, I have a deviated septum paired with unrepaired broke nose and dry weather I get very bad bloody noses. Condense does not help this.
But as a plus yesterday I hit 365x7 on squats which is about what I was hittin when I was 65 pounds heavier in bw. Obviously the condense is not the reason (carb rebound from precomp) but I do feel great on the condense which gave me the confidence to hit that yesterday.

It will def help with people doing cardio. It preserves oxygen & ATP stores as well as helping mitigating cramping. A lot of people also report less of an exhausted feeling.Great review JBeezy bro,
Quick question for The Man in the Aaron Mask: is this prolonged energy or the target audience / consumers of Condense cardio weight loss types or mad arse lifters like JBeezy ? I mean is the expectation that consumers of Condense mostly lifters or even cardio centered folks as well?
