Kind of busy tonight but today was day 3 of the Condense experience and hoooolllllllyyyyyyy shiiiittttt. Me and my boy hit shoulders tomight and I had the craziest vein running down my biceps through my shoulders and across my chest! Epic! Then I go to the locker room and start posing only to find a sick vein on my lats! Besides all this the workouts are great! The caffeine gets you going and the vascularity makes you feel like a badass. I let my buddy try a scoop and he loved it so much he bought the condense dpol stack on nutra. Peace. Arms day tomorrow!!!

It's just the university gym and yeah it hasn't been too bad but I have noticed a slight change. And hell yeah! Me and my buddy just placed our orders!

Today was chest day and I didn't know what was up but my pumps kinda lacked. Couldn't been that I didn't get to the gym until 45 post Condense ingestion. Also I ate a lot this weekend up to 197 :/ but despite the lack of pump I threw around a lot of weight. Hitting numbers I haven't hit since precomp; most notably 105x8 incline db bench and 275x7 flat barbell bench with strict technique. I'm gunna be working the stricter technique on everything this go round because I noticed the most gains even in precomp conditioning. I've learned not to be naive and heavier weights doesn't mean bigger or better looking muscle mass. I also slightly injured my tricep, most likely just a strain. Should be good for back tomorrow but I will be careful with pull ups and pull downs as I have heard of people snapping their triceps on those.

Should be a better workout tomorrow cause I hit 30 minutes of cardio and ate clean today. I'm craving ze pump!!!

Was sittin at 194 Friday so not too much but I can definitely noticed a difference in body comp which I don't like. Hopefully the Fat Smack will take care of cravings I have been having.... Especially for peanut butter...

In my precomp phase I ran on an empty stomach every morning and it's great. But you're asking if a zero cardio and entire weights plan is good for fat loss? When it comes to this I need to know a lot more about you. Because fat loss is mostly diet. Also it's a cliche to say everyone is different but what works for me may not work for you and vice versa. I gave that advice on that thread cause that guy had no clue what to do. But back to what you were asking, zero cardio will most definitely maximize muscle gains and if you hit weights hard enough it can act like cardio in a way. I'm not a fan of going over 12-15 reps in a set so 16-20 seems like overkill to me. But if your goals right now are to get lean and stay go for it

I do agree cardio is boring that's why I try to do something different everyday. But like I said if your diet is in check and you are achieving the look you want I'm not gunna sit here and say you're doing anything wrong man.

So far no complaints. Great energy great pumps great focus. I'm used to stims so it could potentially be too much for someone not used to it. 1 scoop and a cap would probably be reasonable

Yeah... My system is more clean.... I don't need more than 1 cap of FSXR... nor do I need more than 1.5 scoops of ConDense...

Just got my Condense this weekend. Most I've used is 1 scoop (as I use 1 scoop Alphamine pre-workout as well. AWESOME combo btw.) Condense taste amazing (the apple crisp flavor) and has me showing all kinds of veins.

What's up everybody, it's been awhile but school has dragged me down, amongst other things. Anyhow, today was shoulder day and damn was I impressed! The most impressive vein development has been the main vein of my bis. And filthy veins across my front delt and chest. Also I felt like my muscles we're very full, just as they have been almost daily while I've been Condense-ing.

As a side note my friend recently purchased Condense and sent me this text after his arm day today: "Condense = soooo many veins". So it's not just placebo for me and me only. I feel like this stuff will work for most everyone

On the bad side, I have a deviated septum paired with unrepaired broke nose and dry weather I get very bad bloody noses. Condense does not help this.

But as a plus yesterday I hit 365x7 on squats which is about what I was hittin when I was 65 pounds heavier in bw. Obviously the condense is not the reason (carb rebound from precomp) but I do feel great on the condense which gave me the confidence to hit that yesterday.

Alright guys, it was a sad day. The last scoop of Condense was used for chest day today. Needless to say I hit a PR since I cut weight on bench 285x6. Also I have a Thunder and Lightning Stack comin' in from NP, so I'm excited to get back on it after a couple weeks off.

Overall the product was great and I'll use the good ole cliche review

Taste: Apple Crisp- FUGGIN DELICIOUS 10/10
Energy: I like jittery energy, but the Condense gave me prolonged energy which isn't too bad ;) 10/10
PUMP: Definitely the highlight. Unreal pump. Veins coming out everywhere. Would be a great precontest supp or just a supp to get all kinds of vascularity 10/10
Strength: I'm not sure how to gauge this haha but I did increase strength, which was like likely due to post contest reloading. N/A/10
Cost: Thanks to Purus Labs and AaronJP1 I received the product for free but on NP right now it's ~$25 for 40 servings which is less than a dollar a serving for the best preworkout I have tried yet.

Quick question for The Man in the Aaron Mask: is this prolonged energy or the target audience / consumers of Condense cardio weight loss types or mad arse lifters like JBeezy ? I mean is the expectation that consumers of Condense mostly lifters or even cardio centered folks as well?

It will def help with people doing cardio. It preserves oxygen & ATP stores as well as helping mitigating cramping. A lot of people also report less of an exhausted feeling.

Oh & BTW, that's not a mask, that's my face.
