Also I ate a lot this weekend up to 197 :/ but despite the lack of pump I threw around a lot of weight. Hitting numbers I haven't hit since precomp; most notably 105x8 incline db bench and 275x7 flat barbell bench with strict technique. I'm gunna be working the stricter technique on everything this go round because I noticed the most gains even in precomp conditioning. I've learned not to be naive and heavier weights doesn't mean bigger or better looking muscle mass. I also slightly injured my tricep, most likely just a strain. Should be good for back tomorrow but I will be careful with pull ups and pull downs as I have heard of people snapping their triceps on those.
Should be a better workout tomorrow cause I hit 30 minutes of cardio and ate clean today. I'm craving ze pump!!!

Was sittin at 194 Friday so not too much but I can definitely noticed a difference in body comp which I don't like. Hopefully the Fat Smack will take care of cravings I have been having.... Especially for peanut butter...

Arms day today. Hit em hard and fast. I was up 3 pounds but noticed more veins than I have ever seen in my life due to the high volume and speed at which I lifted! Veins are still exploding and fullness is great!

Jones, Since your previous detailed note about doing cardio 2 times a day on a few days in 1 thread, I have been wanting to ask you something.
Do you think diong zero cardio and all lift is a good fat loss plan? I feel leaner since I have been doing that for 3 weeks, and I have been eating like a wolf,
I have started doing 3 days of light weights, lots of reps (4-6 sets of 18-20 reps)-2 days of heavy weights(3 sets of 8-12). I split it in this way : (L=Light, H=Heavy)

Do you think that way actually structures workouts better? I got bored of cardio as such, and its been 45 days and I dont feel like going back.

Yeah... My system is more clean.... I don't need more than 1 cap of FSXR... nor do I need more than 1.5 scoops of ConDense...

As a side note my friend recently purchased Condense and sent me this text after his arm day today: "Condense = soooo many veins". So it's not just placebo for me and me only. I feel like this stuff will work for most everyone
On the bad side, I have a deviated septum paired with unrepaired broke nose and dry weather I get very bad bloody noses. Condense does not help this.
But as a plus yesterday I hit 365x7 on squats which is about what I was hittin when I was 65 pounds heavier in bw. Obviously the condense is not the reason (carb rebound from precomp) but I do feel great on the condense which gave me the confidence to hit that yesterday.
