Hormone stack and Blood Pressure

Hello,
I am about to once again do the following stack: Intimidate, Anabeta Elite, and Erase Pro. I have recently been diagnosed with moderate-high blood pressure, 150/90. I realize the generic warnings on these supps ask to consult your physician prior if you have high BP. My physician is not familiar with the ingredients. Does anyone know how how each of the above mentioned supplements impact blood pressure?
Thank you in advance.

the OG anabeta raised my BP a bit, nothing drastic....but like 5-10 on each side usually. The ABE doesn't seem to raise it that much though....so that is weird. I'm taking 3 ABE as opposed to upwards of 4-5 OG AB...maybe that is why. I never had a problem with intimidate or EP and BP though personally. I'd introduce them one at a time, monitor your BP for several days to a week....then introduce the next one and do the same....only way to know which one (if any) are raising your BP. but like I said, the ABE is the only one I'd suspect might raise BP if you are sensitive in that regard...

I would say you can run it, just get CoQ10, Niacin, Hawthorn Berry and Fish oil (High EPA/DHA content).

I also use ubiquinol, EPA, and hawthorn (and take a small dose of BP Rx too in order to keep it lower than normal)....but its good to try new supplements one at a time and see which one actually raises your BP so that you know for future reference (for instance when I am not on a supp that raises my BP? I do not need the hawthorn...my BP is fine). This way you don't jump right to the cure before you know that you need it. But with OP, he should be taking an Rx BP med and/or hawhtorn/EPA/Coq10 anyways since he has elevated BP to begin with. not sure why his doctor did not prescribe/suggest this?

They seem to think its not high enough for medication I guess. Not sure. I know anything over 120/80 isn't great though. I average about 140-50/90

140/90 is too high for me....I always take something to bring it down to 130/80 (or less if possible). I sort of understand how being on the border of high normal and high wouldn't get you a BP med script....its not really dangerously high at all. But I'd request something from the doctor, like lisinopril ow whatever, either that or get yourself some hawthorn extract pills and that will work (probably) just as well as an Rx.

ABE contains forskolin which lowers BP.

PLCAR-500 and Creatinol-O-Phosphate are two unsung heart-health aids from the SNS lineup. Co-supplementing Coq10/ubiquinol with PLCAR may have synergistic effects

I did not know that.....there is the answer most likely. Again, I knew I wasn't imagining this stuff. I'm going back on some OG AB this next cycle, already had it from PES promotions earlier this year, but i'll be doing ABE from here on out after those are gone.
I have PLCAR and started to incorporate it a few months ago, but I was worried it would impair my ability to sleep since ALC does just that. I'd rather be able to rest/sleep properly than add in a supp, sleep is more important. I might try and work it in sometime here soon, when I am not taking anything that might stimulate me, see if it affects my sleep.

Unlike ALCAR, PLCAR should have no effect on sleep
