Okay guys I'm really excited because today's workout was incredible! I'm in the middle of week 3 with this stuff and I can honestly say it has kicked in now. I felt like there was no weight too heavy... cardio was a breeze and my pump can only be described as skin bursting. If this is the beginning of how things are going to be then I am flat out stoked!


I felt like I couldn't get enough today! The dumbbells were flying and I wanted MORE! Next thing I know, I look up to see I had been killing it for 2hrs! Not counting the 30mins cardio! Damn I hope this whole week is like this. I couldn't ask for better!! I maxed out several machines and smashed p

Alright guys.. sorry no update for the past couple days, but I've been busy with a new business I'm starting and family stuff. Just about done with my bottle of bulbine and I believe on my 4th bottle of x-gels. Bulbine is still kicking, and even after stressful exhausting days on minimal calories my libido is awesome. Honestly it gets annoying sometimes haha!

X-gels is really showing its true colors. I feel pumped and hard everyday.. even rest days. My strength and explosive power is doing better then when I cycled havoc.. which seriously blows me away. The only down side is joint pain (elbows, shoulders, knees clicking) and feeling a bit stiff at the beginning of a workout. Nothing too crazy though! Pump is still x rated.

I weighed at 276 today.. 3lb drop from Sunday. Now we are getting somewhere!

Today I just wanted to get a nice overall chest/back lift to get me moving again after 2 days off.

Killer day. I've never done so much weight on rack pulls. Ever. It just felt effortless today! 405 was my last PR and as you can see, I kinda blew that out of the water. HS decline got maxxed out as well, and it honestly felt light. I had a buddy check my speed and form because I couldn't get over how light it was.. and he said I had perfect ROM with easy reps. INSANE! I feel like the lack of creatine, agmatine, and gms had ZERO effect on training. Endurance still crazy.. pumps still ridiculous.

Come on. Look at the weight you are moving during your workouts. I haven't seen anyone record workout like yours. Keep up the great work. I think you are already there intensity wise. You don't need me to say to raise it another level. You are there and doing it.

Since I have ceased this log, I actually continued using x-gels. Its the reason I haven't posted up a final review yet...

It has seriously changed my lifting, and my body.

The strength increase and leaning effect are incredible. The pumps were massive as well.

One thing that I believe I figured out was DS Craze and ArA dont mix. I think Craze has anti-inflammatory properties. As soon as I started using Jacked Micro, X-Gels turned into a new animal. The DOMS were crazy... sorest I think I have ever been.

I have actually stayed at about the same weight, but MUCH more defined. I weigh 265lbs right now after about 75 days or so of X-Gels. I have gotten compliments almost every time I leave the house, be it at work or the gym or the grocery store. My arms measure 21" now which is the biggest they have EVER been, and I am consistently curling 155lbs on straight bar for SETS. My strength has gotten to the point where I have to change up my workouts because the hammer strength machines cant keep up. I recently deadlifted 505lb which was a huge accomplishment for me. I have struggled with that lift for a long time!

SNS really has a great product here. Keep in mind, I am unsponsored and these X-Gels came from my own dime. I will tell you I am impressed and wish I never had to cycle off. I just picked up some more bottles, and plan to run another cycle along with a low dose of SD in the winter.

Begining

Age: 23
Height: 5'11
Weight: 278lbs
Bodyfat: too damn high (20%+)
Training style: intensity, heavy weight, and intensity!

Lifting stats
Incline bench: 405 1RM
Lat pull: 305 5RM
Squat: 495 2RM
Deadlift: 405 1RM (can't seem to get them going!)
Barbell Military: 315 3RM

After:
Weight: 265
Incline Bench: 405x5
Latpull: 315x10
squat: 495x6
deadlift: 505x1
military: 335x5
 
Hopefully this long drawn out log has helped somebody out there. I think ArA supplementation/cycling should be a staple for anyone who lifts regardless of your goals.
 
I certainly enjoyed reading about you lifting the entire gym. I know this was an unsponsored log and I appreciate you keeping it going. It was very interesting and certainly informative. you did a great job with it.

I first started following your log because I was interested in how ArA would treat you... and I must say that I already have some ArA on hand for my next natty stack because of you :) Thanks brother. 505 for deadlift?
