I like to do medium rep sets (8-12 reps) and high rep sets (18-25 or so) for when cutting (maybe 2 exercises at 3-4 sets each twice a week). I don't lift heavy on a cut, medium is my heavy. so 25 rep sets on the leg press or whatever suck. big time. I'd rather deadlift or bench press for 4-8 reps and I'm done with that set. takes forever to rep out 25![]()
