Ok, i got apple crisp as the flavor and i went and banged out arms.

Taste: 10/10 it tasted like a freakin apple jolly rancher, light and very easy to drink.
Mixability: 10/10 i was a blender bottle, but condense looks like granules of salt. It hit the bottom of my shaker cup immediately, couple shakes and it was mixed in! No residue on the bottom!
Pump 8/10 very nice pump, never used a nitrate based supplement.
Focus 9/10 was very focused, 200mg caffiene worked nicely
Endurance 10/10 the BA amount was perfect, it helped a lot with endurance. Although, i forgot how much the tingles suck lol ive been using RPM or no preworkout.. so no stims and no BA. And the BA kicked in hard today!

Heres the workout..
Tri ext 90x20 100x15 120x12 90x17
Skull crushers (ez bar) 40x12 50x10x4
Db kicks- 12x10x3
Ez bar curl- 50x8x4 (total plate weight)
Db hammer- 20x8 30x8 40x8 30x8
Concentration curl 20x12x2
*30min cardio

ConDense is the stuff! I could drink it for fun.

Tomorrow is just cardio/burn day. Thursday however is LEG DAY.

Broke my fast with 60g protein, 4oz meatload 4oz spinach and feta stuffed chicken breast, 3 homemade low carb muffins.

No workout today.

Burn/rest day. Hit 50 minutes of cardio this morning and burned 510 kcals.

Heres a nice little tid bit on a low carb/fat pizza. Buy Josephs lavish sheets (by the "butcher/deli" section in walmart) low fat alfredo sauce, baby spinach leaves and 8oz chicken

1 lavish on a baking sheet
3 tbsp alfredo sauce
1 cup baby spinach
8 oz shredded chicken breast

Bake at 410° for 10 mins or until krispy

Its kinda like a thin crust pizza, in this case really thin lol

This is what my day will consist of 3 servings of the pizza, shakes, and pb.

My fast breaks at noon so i cant wait!

LEG DAY tomorrow, cant wait to down some ConDense (1.5 scoops tom :D) and demolish legs!!!!

Hit an early workout.

Took 1.5 scoops of some apple crisp ConDense, i cant get over the taste lol Its in all honesty the best tasting preworkouy ive ever drank.

Is your beta alanine sustained released btw? For the whole duration of my workout i had the pins and needle feeling in my face and elbows.. just curious.

Had a pretty good hamstring pump going! The focus i get is great, and im still puttin up solid numbers even though im cutting weight and only consuming 50g<carbs a day!

Workout consisted of:

Seated calf- 25x12x6
Squats- 135x8 205x6 225x6 245x4 255x4
Leg ext- 60x12 70x12x3 --superset with lying leg curl--
30x10x4
Db SL ham- 25x10 30x10x2
Hack squat -45x8x3 (plate per side)
Donkey calf- 280x6 300x6 320x6 260x12

Successful workout. Thank you condense!

I know! It literally tastes like a jolly rancher, thats been turned into liquid! Its cool to how its clear (kinda cloudy) since theres no dye.

Yep 1.5 scoops. I like how the beta alanine stuck with me through the whole workout. Back day is where i.notice the pumps the most, so.. tomorrow will be the day!

My backs on fire... between it and my other supps the pump is UNREAL. The cloudy/clear weirds me out. Definitely tastes like it should be jolly rancher green.

Glad you are liking it. You are right about the BA. Its almost like extended release because the tingles last much longer than with any other product. I like it

I havent noticed the tingle. Maybe slightly for a few minutes but its nothing compared to other ba supps, which imo is a good thing.

Odd, i feel like im poked the entire workout with a thumb tack lol i havent had beta alanine in a preworkout in a while though..
