Day 35:

Workout: Chest Tris...was pretty awesome! Did 3 exercises for each but hit the bench for 6 sets and made my way to 245 for 6 reps! Awesome for me...my huge PR was OH tri ext single hands with 50lb DBs certainly a PR for me...felt fully on today like insanely powerful and just pumped it was awesome

Diet: low carbs fasted until after my workout..around 3pm and finished eating at 8pm so 5 hour eating window...2300 cals mostly fat and protein only around 70g carbs

Notes: been busy with PNI stuff but having a blast with it and been killing my workouts still...should be starting var next Tuesday...also I noticed I get no back pumps if I train fasted! Love it...work until 4pm tomorrow so no lifting until 5pm...going to fast from now til around 3pm then break it with a protein shake but I will sip on 15g BCAAs from 8a til I break my fast...starting to lean up a bit

Awesome bro! I have a 9 year old. She lives with her mom but she's my world! She's beautiful bro! I am super dad and my little one knows it. She tells her friends that if anyone even her step dad lays a hand on her my dad will beat them up! Haha love it!
 
Day 36:

Workout: Well it was suppose to be legs but turned into squats lol so squats 10 sets worked my way up to 345lbs 4 full reps and 4 half reps so that felt awesome then did 15 mins cardio

Diet: fasted until 6pm then broke fast with oatmeal, ham steal, turkey burger beef burger (no buns) had lots of shrimp today as well also ate plenty of fruit...ended up with about 110g carbs 300g protein

Notes: working overtime tomorrow FML...so I plan to try a 24h fast with BCAAs and only drink them through the day....eating window ended at 10pm tonight so I will eat again at 830pm tomorrow when I get home from work so almost a 24 hour fast...and will eat from then until midnight all fat and protein so lots of peanut butter and a steak with veggies

Workout: off due to 12 hour work day

Diet: decided not to fast all day but my eating window will be from 4p to 8p no carbs just fats and protein adding up to 2k cals

Notes: still on aromasin at 12.5mg ED and can tell the bloat is certainly coming off...so with almost no bloat and low carbs with a 18 hour fast I was at 203lb on the dot very happy about that...even with no carbs I still fill very full and hard as a rock :) tomorrow is back and chest so I will eat 3500 cals with 150g carbs ad rest protein and fat also it's my fav workout

I usually do 20 so 24 isnt really all that much harder. It just sucks on a weekend if your not doing anything!
 
Day 38:

Workout: Back and Chest my fav! Dosed 40mg tbol and realized something important! 40mg is my sweet spot I get zero back pumps at 50mg it's a little rough on back pumps and 60mg is just horrible! So I'm staying at 40 until wed I'm starting Var anyway....this workout was amazing with no back pumps I destroyed all my PRs except lat pd but I had 3 35lb weights on the T bar machine I had to rig up since we don't actually have one...didn't get to the bench since they closed to early but I still got a beautiful workout in...also 60lb DBs on flat full ranged chest flys mmm that felt great!

Diet: I'd have to say it was perfect! Ate from 1pm to 8pm had no carbs pre workout and 150 post workout all from oatmeal and toasted ritz that I made little sandwiches with pepperoni cheese with (yum) today was something like 250g P 150g C and rest fats all from almonds and peanut butter...ended up around 2500 cals

Notes: well guys I'm sitting at 201lb on the dot so I'm down 3 pounds which is all bloat and some
bf...I looked insanely different today...with no bloat I had veins popping out and overall look crazy more cut I'm loving it...my goal to end is 190lb 8%bf so let see guys! I know I can fugging get it!!!!...still popping 12.5mg aromasin ED with no joint probs so it's all good

It's looking like 12 weeks of test E 600mg 200mg tren E with week 1-6 40mg tbol and week 7-12 winny :) its still under construction and a long ways away but planning is always fun :)

Day 39: 198lb

Workout: Arms yay...set PRs on almost everything again slight ones but still PRs made me happy! Had a decent pump even though I trained fasted at 1pm...and got done at 230p...overall a nice long 6 exercises 4 sets for bis and tris so I deff felt the growth lol

Diet: fasted until 230p then broke fast with oatmeal...protein shake...turkey burger (damn you LTL I'm addicted)...cheese and ritz sour cream toasted chips...about 100g carbs a little less then yesterday since arms are not big muscles like my back and chest but all were consumer post workout...as for the rest of my day I have Greek yogurt...chicken and eggs and I shall fill in the rest of my cals with almonds and stop eating around 830p

Notes: well well well I'm sure whoever is following this log noticed my weight is Down about 5-6lbs...well no worries it's all that bloat/water I was rocking...I'm looking leaner daily and I love it...so today was senior citizen day at the Y so there were tons of them!!! And they all smell the same I'm not even kidding it was making me sick! Hogging up all the machines doing 1 little 10lb plate haha but all the free weights were empty so that was epic...my week 6 pictures will be up at the end of the week oh boyyyyyy I'm nervous I dont want to disappoint you guys guess we will see....

Yeah this dude is doin it right. A ton of good info that I wouldn't even have thought of. If I ever fasted, I would be fast dead. I get headaches after not eating for 3 hrs. Kids got a ton of mental strength. Keep killin this shat Howy!

i like this cycle, but i would run it longer. im running a simlar one, but im using EQ too.

test e weeks 1-19
EQ weeks 1-16
tren a weeks 1-6ish (maybe NPP)
aboms weeks 1-4
winny weeks 14-19 (maybe epi/AH again)

looking forward to the pics!! you put in a **** ton of work so far
