Awesome, cissus does wonders for my elbow and shoulder

Took yesterday off. Work has been a bit of a struggle, realized how much my job sucks without LTL. No fun! Gotta get motivated to crush this chest day!

Thanks for the support man. I'm going to look into at another promo for guys that want to do a transformation with our line. A lot of people have been asking about Purus & I want them to try our products & make some changes for the better.

Man I'd love to run a stack of purus products. I got to sample a few and loved it. This PES stack is doing some crazy good stuff for me! But I might have to change it up a little in a few months.

I have no complaints! I was looking at my numbers from a few weeks ago and couldn't believe my gains! Kinda turned me on a little....

Chest/Tricep

Flat bench: 165x15 205x8 265x2 235x5

Incline db: 45x10 65x8 80x5

Dips: BW x8 x10

Vertical chest press machine: 150/200 x10

V-bar: 140x10 160x8 180x6 190x5 200x5

Over head db (seated): 90x10 90x6

Overhead ropes: 120x10 140x8x2 150x6

The past few days I've been super motivated, however I've been sluggish as well. I don't think it had anything to do with the stack. Physically I feel great I imagine its stress and worry bringing me down. Those db inclines may have been the hardest thing I've ever done. I've really avoided these types of lifts because of my shoulder. It wasn't painful, just uncomfortable. I need to keep pushing through I may be too cautious with that shoulder and need to break out of my comfort zone. I'm going to try it this way for a while and just be super careful. All in all I'm happy with taking the extra rest I think it really helped me on bench today.

Shoulders

Shoulder Press: 105x10 155x8 175x6 205x5 215x4 (pr)

Upright Row: 135x8 155x6 175x6 195x4 (pr)

Shrugs: 195x10 245x10 335x6 405x6 455x6 270x9

DB Shoulder Press (seated) 45x12 55x12 65x6

Rear Delt Machine: 110x8 130x8 150x8

Behind the back shrugs: 105x15 195x10

I was going to do legs today but I decided not too. I physically felt great but mentally it just wasn't there. I decided to go have coffee with my father in law to have one of those much needed man talks. I will make it up on an off day. This stack continues to blow me away and I cant wait until I can run the next series of natty stack from PES. I am finishing up exactly what I want on my wish list!

Thanks man! I'm really happy with shoulder progression these past few weeks!

Bicep/Back

Preacher curl: 80x6x3 90x6x2

Reverse grip: 70x8x2 80x6 x2 90x4

Hammer DB: 45x4 40x5 35x6 30x7 25x8 20x9 15x10

Cable curl: 100x10 120x8 130x8 150x6

Lat pull down: 120x10 140x10 160x8 180x7

Low row: 120x10 140x10 160x8 180x6 200x6

Really struggling to get biceps to gain. I'm getting great pumps and they are growing, but I haven't seen as much strength gains here as I have everywhere else. I'm also neglecting my back. I skipped pull-ups today, not really sure why but I did. Hopefully I can find a place with more machine exercises for my back. I prefer machine exercises here because of a past injury.

Have you tried doing less exercises for bi's? 3 different workouts with that many sets per might be overdoing it.

Also, squeeze your arm up. Try to really focus on squeezing your bicep to finish the movement. Try higher rep range as well. 4 is pretty low for iso movements.

Other than that, what you noticing so far? BF% loss? Weight change?

I'm having the same problem. My bis are hitting a stopping point. I need to drop a bunch of sets and play with rep range

Bi's *usually* need less to grow! People want huge guns and they think that more trauma will lead to that growth but usually less is more.
Especially if you've been doing the same rep range for a while switch it up and go high rep ranges for a bit to train your other muscle fibers.

You can also do extreme stretches after you're done with bicep movements to stretch the muscle fascia. Theoretically it "stretches" more space to grow into.

BF is definitely down. There is alot more to go. I'm down 4 pounds since I started this stack and 30 pounds since May. I'm pretty happy with that especially since I have gained so much strength. My wife gave me the talk about "all these supplements" today. I realized how much I love this feeling because of how defensive I was about it. She's a little hippy lady, she just doesn't get it. But she did agree last week that she will not fight me on a cycle in May or June if I get down to 250. Biceps I will definitely play with rep range. Thanks for your help, and everyone else for your support!

Make sure when you play with it, you give it adequate time to show results! Don't just hop around. Make a plan and stick with it : )

She will get over it, I hope! I'm sure most of it is due to the stress of not being home enough.
