LeCheek Nutrition's Hyper T2 distilled water (sponsored)

Trained back/chest/arms tonight and holy crap, kicked my butt! I made them into giant sets but weights weren't down much at all. Still pressed 100x8 on incline DB press and rowed 185x10 on the last set.

Sweating my butt off the entire time! Hadn't taken an supp's since Wednesday crap kicked in hard today, could really tell a difference from not taking.

Since I haven't eaten any carbs since Tuesday I'm hitting a carb up meal tonight (post workout) 8oz chicken, 8oz sweet potato & 1 cup oatmeal.

I don't really eat carbs(2 low 1 moderate or 1 low 1 moderate) , when i do, It's only about 30gr so I don't really see a need. I take 1 glycobol before bed bc I accidentally ran across some. I tried it during the day and I get really hypo and don't like the feeling.

we are on opposite end here...my blood sugar runs low, gda's are a godsend for me....if i go under 75-100 gm i feel like total crap!!!

Then my diet would kill you, haha. On my low days, all I have is 1/2 a grapefruit with breakfast. Rest is green veggies, not too many carbs there.

indeed...on the other hand my body burns carbs at a very high rate-allowing me to indulge in treats, lol.
 
2 weeks to go! On a 1 low/1moderate carb diet. Workouts will be a non-stop workout, like a depletion workout. Upper/Lower split from Monday til the Wednesday before the show, yeah that's correct. No days off, cardio will be 2, 60min sessions & a 20min session before bed (Glutamine/BCAA drink before) fml....

Yeah, it really is. I'm really enjoying the T2 and it's affects. My waist is down 1.5" in about 2 weeks time? Pretty impressive, I was losing at about 1/2 that rate before adding it.

If I calculate correctly I'll be able to run it like this until the show and then slowly taper down, much like the T-911

yeah, but i feel splitting them up is best....am/mid day/pm is what works best for me, really getting good results, so not gonna mess with it anymore...............................maybe if results start diminishing i might experiment some more, but for now i am very satisfied.

I agree, I always try to find the most economical way for things. I took my 3rd cap about 530pm, had a hard time falling asleep. It was a little after 12 when I finally hit the hay, running on 4hrs of sleep right now.

one guy said that taking a ht2 close to bedtime helped him get better sleep...this wasn't the case for me, but if i give myself 3 hours+ i am fine
 
I like the way t2 makes me feel. I just feel more awake but damn it dont take anything and im drenched in sweat.
 
Yea I take it in morning after a small meal and it dont curb my hungry have before but I just feel good on it. Also I dont know about you but I go to bathroom more often now too. And I dont know if it is this pill doing it or not but Im am so much thinner in midsection right now. I hope I can get down to about a 38- 36 pants waist. That would be great.

doing cardio! I'll be back this evening. There was a smaller earthquake last night, kinda freaked me out, I have never been a part of one before. Wish me luck getting my meals in today! I'll be on a shop floor for demos all day, it's a pain bc it's great for me to do better with my job but is killing major buzz a week and a half out.
 
get a better workout in just taking the stairs instead of elevator...:beerchug:

These workouts paired with T2, 3x's/day has me sweating my arse off. 2maro marks the 1 week point!!!!! I'll post pictures measurements 2maro.

I know I don't really post detailed updates but it's a fat burner and I think the picture and measurements are doing most the talking.

If anyone has questions though, go ahead and shoot!

I will agree with you logging a fat burner. I feel the same wasy cant wait to see the pix. 1 week left man GOOD LUCK

1 week away, waist is at >30.5", that's about 2" in the course of 3 weeks. I'll take another pic Wednesday before I leave for San Diego, it'll be the end of depletion and no carbs. It'll be interesting to see the before and after photos from that.

Bring me home T2! Let's get that waist size to 29"!!!!!!
 
Had my last leg workout, this evening, before the show. Sweating like a am man. I'll give you guys a peak at the depletion workout....

5min bike at a constant 90+RPM
-narrow stance a$$ to grass squats: 20reps
-lying leg curls with squeeze: 50 reps
-calf raise: 25 reps
I do 4 circuits of that, by circuits I mean no rest between. Im in constant motion.

When that's done I hit 60min of cardio on the treadmill followed by 6 sets of jack-knifes and oblique twists.

Haha, I've actually thought about doing a cross fit event. Our athletic directors secretary was "crossfit" certified and wouldn't shut up about how great it was. She was always trying to get the baseball program to get on with her but F that noise. I would just talk $hit, so I want to do one see where I stand. My upper body depletion workout is harder than above, longer than any cross fit thing she did & I dare say harder.

Have my diet for the next few days, until I carb up on thursday.

-Water remains where it's at
The only carbs, each day, will be consumed like so...
-75gr carbs post workout Monday
-30gr carbs post workout Tuesday
-0gr carbs Wednesday water at 1gallon (no more, no less)
-no added sodium at all
-ECA & T2 3x's/day!!!!!

I'm pretty much only eating protein & greens. Cardio stays the same, 60/60/20. I don't know my weight, probably should figure that out lol. As of right now I have about 5lbs to lose to be in the middleweight class

When this is all over I'm going to outline my macros of nutrition/cardio in a single post, I know I kind of got away from that.
 
Nice update man. Good luck this week. With work and getting ready for a show the final week if you feel you want to update this after the show feel free. I know there is a lot of prep and other stuff on your mind ;)

Thanks man, but I'll keep updating. It actually helps ease my mind some, it's my mini vacation, as weird as it may sound.

My goodness, only a few tweaks but I'm friggen starving!!!!

Skin seems to be "thinning" out, all but lower abdomen. I'm hoping it's some heavy water retention but we'll see.
