Funny you said that. I bought one at the wife's request and neither of have used it once because of so many health issues being attributed to them. Honestly though, we're both a little OCD and clean freaks, I should give it a try.
Just use distilled water

I'm still going to finish the cycle and use the TRS2. It's cool. Maybe I should've gotten AH instead but I really only wanted some serious cutting power. No worries. Rx Jump Ropes are better than the buddy lee in my opinion...good info on this as I am a crossfit athlete and looking into some cutting suplements as well.

With jump ropes I find it's very much dependent on the person. Same debate could be had with lifting shoes, running shoes, diets, 5/3/1 or Westside...etc. I was only speaking in my experience the buddy lees are great. I've never actually seen anyone use Rx Jump Ropes. There's the Again Faster ones too but I don't like those and they leave a pretty gnarly mark.
 
Of course...but to answer that guys question...the most popular way to measure the rope is to have the part that meets the handle come up to mid chest/nipples

I wasn't accusing you of bashing or in anyway trying to imply that your results are not genuine. I am actually following your log with real interest in how it turns out for you, I was just merely stating that it was odd, not untrue.

No no no. I didn't think that. I was more or less staring it for everyone. I don't think anyone thought that. I just didn't want anyone to get the wrong impression of my statements and what the product was or wasn't doing for me.

Ahh, ok cool. I had read it and was like "Noo! I am not accusing at all!" lol. I appreciate both positive and negative feedback. Hoping we see a bit of a shift here.
 
So i just saw, Dermatherm Gel, I was wondering what the opinions of running this solo? Would it have any effect or should I try and add this to my last 3-4 weeks of my AL cycle? Im trying to take advantage of the last few weeks of this cycle. As yet, no changes.
 
Also, I have exactly 128caps left of AL. This will give me exactly 21 days left of 6ED. Or, should I go to 8 AL ED which would give me 16 days of 8ED. Any suggestions?
 
Continue at 6. Dermatherm can be used solo, but it wouldn't be a bad idea to add it to your cycle now, since it seems to be slow for you. AndroEnhance would be another option, but there is obviously an increased expense to going that route.
 
If I run Dermatherm solo would PCT be needed?

Dude I responded exactly the same to AD. I just wrote up a small review in this forum. It did nothing positive for me at any dosage. It does jack blood pressure up nicely though.

Sorry to hear about your experience. The BP is really strange though, was it taken solo?
 
Ill say I have had no adverse or weird reactions. No noticeable changes in auxiliary body functions or endocrine response. Just so far no real empirical results either.

My blood pressure is normally 125/60-70 (I am taking a BP med to keep it there). When I had it tested, I was taking AD + AH. My BP was 142/95. Someone had told me it was due to the AD.
 
So I finished my 8wk cycle of AL a couple days ago and have been doing the TRS. I have to admit, sadly, I found absolutely no difference in leanness, strength or any other noticeable, despite how minimal, change. I'm pretty upset about it but its no one else's fault but my own. I'm sure it has and will work for others but it did not in any way, shape or form work for me. Also, the TRS tastes like, well not good, but I don't expect it to be a nectar of the gods either. I do like how sustain alpha feels though, there's an upside I guess.

That is weird. Yea I've heard AD has given a lot of people lethargy for some strange reason. I'm dying to try AL v3. I might give it a run come spring time. Dermatherm is good stuff from what I've read. Never tried it myself. Idk IMO I won't run AH alone. Stack it better.

Yup I agree ^ AH is where it's at. Extra DHT will help when dieting (libido boost, slight muscle gains), should also boost strength and aid cartilage repair to an extent.

When I had my shoulder surgery last spring, I read great things about DHT and cartilage repair, so it makes sense that it would be great during a cut and especially for the type of workouts that are rough on the joints.
 
Well, I do mainly Crossfit type workouts with west side barbell lifting protocols. Diet-wise I'm a follower of the Paleo diet with minimal dairy, some grassed butter in the morning with my eggs, I eat around 75-125g of carbs a day. My carb intake is usually dictated by my workload both the day before and the day of. My fat intake comes from very few sources: macadamia nuts, avocados, olive oil, grass fed butter and whatever fats are in the protein I eat. That's all folks. My diet and training regimen is pretty good. I have a "loose" meal once a month with a pint of ice cream but it's not a cheat day it's one cheat meal. The only things I can see that is messing up my fat loss is sleep issues and I'm in a high stress environment daily with work. Im borderline neurotic about my sleeping habits i.e. melatonin, natural calm, dark room, no tv or computer before bed. I'm surprised my wife hasn't killed me yet.
 
You may need to look into periodization training. Crossfit is fairly intense from the get-go. See if you can incorporate periodization into crossfit, to prevent your body from stalling out while cutting down.

IF you can't periodize your crossfit workouts, look into ramped cardio which you can do alongside your regular training. The main thing is to constantly and slowly ramp up.

Your diet is also on point...but you'll have to make a longterm plan as to your macro intake, again to prevent stalling out. Lemme know if you want help with that, I've gotta head out atm
