I'm putting together a set-up for my first cycle. I plan on doing a 8 week test-e cycle with a Nandrolone or Dianabol kick start at the beginning. What I need to know is what you guys recommend for amount of test-e, amount of kick start, on cycle supps, and PCT. And any other supps I should take on/post. I've read some about AIs and PCTs but I want to see what the consensus is for this kind of cycle.
I'm 32, 6'3", 205 pounds, low BF%, and looking to put on about 15-20 pounds of sustainable muscle.
