I took today off and am about to pass out. I couldn't sleep last night and managed 3 hours =( I dragged through the day. Unfortunately I won't hit the gym until Thursday. Going to keep my diet clean and finish the week strong.

Thanx for the support lol I feel the same way you do when I don't go to the gym...the day just doesn't seem right. And on test you stay so pumped then those days off...ugh but woth 3 hours of sleep, I barely made it through work.

2 a days..hmmmmmm, ideas =)
 
Dude I haven't been able to sleep worth a fuk for the last almost 2 weeks. Wake up every night after being in bed for 3-4 hours and it takes forever to fall back asleep and I never get back into that deep sleep. Sh*t sucks. I'm gonna have to do something soon. I tried tylonal pm and still woke up just felt ****ti*r in the morning

Xanax. Sh*t will knock you out. Yesterday I sat in my bed until 3am, finally fell asleep only for my alarm to sound at 6am =(
 
Alright, took 6mg of melatonin last night and I was out like a baby! I am surprised melatonin even works for me considering all the sh*t I've played with in my past....

Got a full 7.5hrs of sleep and I feel recharged! I have work all day and a meeting after so most likely no gym, but maybe cardio. Tomorrow I will be rippin my gym a new a$$hole and breaking that contract. Hopefully I will be in a new gym by the end of the week...

Any tips for breaking a gym contract?

Melatonin is the sh1t bro! It's helps me sleep during the day being I work third shift. I thought for sure is never be able to get used to day sleeping but now I get the sleep of my life and I only need 5-6 hours to feel great instead of 8-9 like when I was on second shift. Walk in there and do the half baked scene "who's coming with me? Fock you, Fock you, your cool..... ". Just an option.
 
I got moved to nights a month or so ago. Mid week. Ended up working two weeks straight 70+ a week with a shift change in the middle. Bought melatonin zma and some sups with gaba and ldopa. Melatonin is the only one that kept me asleep through out the day. Saved my ass. Still eat em like 3-4 nights a week
 
Definitely great sleeps with melatonin but I still wake up 50 times a night to pee =( damn water consumption!

There are times when I have to cut my H2O consumption to a minimum because there are certain times and places where you just can't afford to be getting up every 10 minutes to urinate. It starts to look ridiculous...Like You have A Problem:dump::lol:
 
i dont know what it was about halo but that was the worst part. nothing else has ever done it to me that bad. i would have to get up every hour, at least, to go to the bathroom. i had to make up a story about kidney stones, cuz people thought i was doing drugs or something

Whenever I'm on I wake up 4-5 times a night to piss like this! Probably because I drink 2-2 1/2 gallons of water though haha

I spend more time in front of my toilet and stove than I do in the gym or anywhere else.

Haha yeah I don't skimp on 2 things... meat (not that kind you sick focks) and toilet paper.... EVER. nothing feels better than wiping your arse with something as soft as angel pubes lol

I use them cottonelle wipes bro. Dang they feel so nice. :D

i use live puppys, pick up a fresh box each week. the dont flush all that well but if you have a jabbing stick you can normally break them up pretty good

I sh*t like 5-6 times a day so toliet paper might as well be sand paper. Flushable wipes all the way! I have to cut my water consumption at least 2 -3 hours before bed or I might as well not even sleep. At night they aren't even little trickle pees, the flow is so strong its like I've held it in all day.

As for an update:

Tomorrow starts week 10 of cycle. That means 2 more weeks of var =( I will be keeping my diet super clean with NO cheat days for the next 2 weeks. I will post pics after my var run to show how it has treated me. As of now with a clean diet var is truly amazing. I am still transitioning to aromasin, running it at 25mg ED to load my system. I will lower it to 12.5 by the week end.

If anyone who is pale can help out please do...pictures suck! There is no good lighting to show what I have. Any tips/lighting tricks? My GF takes picks with her iphone and I hate them all =(

Go outside for pics. Natural lighting. And get a tan.

Fluorescent lighting in a darker room. You will be shocked at the difference guaranteed. Difference is night and day.

Tanning is a no no for me...my mother has had too many sarcomas removed and with my fair skin I am not chancing it. Skin cancer runs deep in the family...

I work until 2pm today so ill be hitting the gym extremely hard today =)

Melantonin II. Its a peptide. Helps darken pigmentation. Spray tans wont cause cancer unless your in California. Everything causes cancer there though.

Got an hour at work left. Then its shoulder day. Might do something to break up the knot of oil in my left cheek too.

Went to sign up today, even though I had a day off it was hectic so I didn't work out. I used to go to this gym back in high school and it definitely brought back some good memories lol. Tomorrow I will have a 2 a day and leave my mark in that gym
