Glad to hear your bro is going to be all right. We'll still keep you guys in our thoughts and prayers man.

On a nutrition note, do you have access to protein bars? Some heavy bars like the Supreme Protein bars would be good for for you right now since you are having a hard time getting the Cals you need. You can get those at Walmart. I know you have more important things going on, but I also know how much work you have put into this.
 
I think u should honestly I think I could go another week but since my cycle is 16 weeks I'm going to take the safer road. My urine is dark but that's normal for sd.
 
Well everything has calmed down alot, so I should be able to cook tonight. I normally grill up 10-15lbs of chicken Brest, 5-10 of lean beef. Then Just eat it as the week goes buy. Plus I'm out of Greek yogurt and oatmeal. So I'm going to hit the store and the kitchen tonight and have everything back in order. There's no way I lost any muscle mass. I have to many roids in my system. Probably just water. I've have not been drinking enough.

my back has got'n huge. it just doesnt show up well. but thanks yeah i was worried about losing the abs, they seem to be coming back now that im off the 1m,4add.
 
oh and these are prework out. havent been able to get to the gym since weds or thursday. so tonight ill snap some up with everything pumpped
 
well diet and training has been off for me. today will be the first day back in the gym. so i loaded up an extra 100mg of tne. im pretty excited. but Airborne keeps his log pretty updated, if your not following it you should be. i only really update mine other log when something intresting happens, or when i post pics. one set of pics per month. second set should be up around thrusday. cuz ill be finishing up the SD and going from an all out bulk in to a lean bulk phase
 
pretty much broken. he is eatting but wont be able to sit up for about 2 weeks, they are hoping he will be able to walk by 6 months but not sure. they got all the internal bleeding stop so they can finally give him pain meds. for the first 2 days they were giving him minut amounts because of all the internal injurys. so they have been keeping him pretty snowed for the past 2 days. to keep him from trying to move. surgery on Thursday, going to rebuild his pelvis. thats the first step

Wow. That's a lot to deal with. At least he's young and otherwise healthy so he can have the best chance of recovery.

Diet for me I've incorporated some cheat meals in to get those cals in as my appetite has been supressed. Cut out my other back and bi day as it was not working for me. Up strengh and weight ;-)

im anxious to try EQ, i hear it makes eatting a **** ton easy. with all those orals your appetite is going to be supressed.

Good that you are adjusting on the fly. Too many times people get an idea of what they should do in their heads and don't stop to evaluate if what they are doing is actually working as good as it could.

Thank you bro!!! I'm starting to hit Abs everyday so we should see improvement there soon. My Abs are there and huge. These pics show no justice

oddly enough the lifts i thought i would monitor have gone up the least. where as my lat pulldown is at 310x8 (+110), squat~590x6(+140), behind the neck shoulder press 225x10(+???) at least +100. my ab muscles have also gotten much bigger. they are covered by fat but when i cut down they will really stick out.

i was wasnt going to follow squats cuz i have a bad knee but i have been very impressed with the improvement. and lat pulldown is amazing, i cant belive the strenght.

now ive been battling acne like a mother ****er. haha

+24lbs over all up ~3%bf. was at 13.6% today. started at 11.1% and you can see it on my abs. i am too big for my cloths so im going into recomp mode early. as i am 226LBS THE BIGGEST I HAVE EVER BEEN!!! i would like to lose about 4-5% bf while staing the same size. but if i lost 6-7% BF while staying the same size would be better.

again sorry about the lack of posting, im not very into logging in the first place and then with all the family stuff i have been very absent. going to get some pics up for week five ether tonight or tommorow. ive got to get some taken for my other log too. to show my bulking results.
 
Dude your really putting on some insane mass!!!! Jesus man even the vein in your forehead is going nuts! I see mounds of muscle everywhere no specific areas just EVERYWHERE LOL awesome job brother be proud

Ha! I'm not the best either but for different reasons I guess. Bummed because I am having shoulder surgery in 17 days. Hitting the gym as hard as I can and making every workout count for these last few weeks knowing that I may not be able to lift (upper body) for a long time. Starting to get depressed about that.

Thank you bro! Same cycle... It was suppose to be a bulk competition between CSA and I. He is running injectables and I'm runnin all orals.
