Just bought these using the two-for-1 banner on Superhuman Radio's website (support the show by clicking the banner!).

I see discussion of using these at night. Might the tyrosine negatively affect sleep?

Its over 8 hours so nothing will spike and dip that quick to be negative. I am buying a bunch for my stage 4 cancer patient who won't eat or drink protein shakes so this is a win win for us. Also for my grandmas blind sister who wont eat.

I just started 7am amino patch then at mid night I put on another amino acid patch.
 
Faster recovery is all I can think of At the moment . It's just protein.
