Took today off and will be hitting it hard tomorrow with legs. I am going to go for 1000lb on the leg press =) my legs are starting to look thicker, well my calf area. I really don't want my quads/ hams any bigger. Playing ice hockey and rugby all your life was more than enough for size lol. I am all about sculpting them now.

I have sprinter calves... They don't get massive but I can outrun anyone lol

Reminds me of mine. Then again I know calves are hard to build. I can't run for sh*t but I can sprint pretty damn fast.

I was always in the pack in rugby which is in a sense the defense. It was our job to tackle the backs get the ball and give it to our backs. So short sprints to take someone down was my whole game.
 
My gym sucks! I got off work later than expected...I got to the gym at 730 and my gym closes at 8. I had to blast my legs...

Jump squats to warm up

Leg press:
180x20 (warm up)
540x12
810x10
900x6
1000x4 (hell yes! Half a ton for reps =)))))

Leg extensions:
200lbx20x15

Leg curls
130x8x10

Calf raises
Stackx15x15x15 (super slow)

DONE! 30min extreme leg blast!!!

I had to limp back to my car lol. I think people thought I was crazy..walked in, leg pressed 1000lb, walked out.

Yeah...that's my style.

Arms/shoulder day:

A1) DB incline curls 8x8, 35lb
A2) Dips 8x8, BW
B1) smith machine shoulder press 3x12, 185lb
B2) DB side lateral raises 3x12, 35lb
B3) arnold forearm curls 3x12, 60lb

I warmed up with:

Tricep rope push downs
95lbx12x12

Concentration curls:
25x10x10

Hit cardio for a 400 cal burn.
 
Hey guys sorry for lack of updates, work has been long and busy for me. I ended up going to the gym on Monday after a long day of work to deadlift...I was very shakey for I felt that I need to take a couple of days off to let my CNS recover. I want to rest and grow. I feel taking these 3 days off will be a good shocker for me, not to mention my next days at work are going to be very long.

Woke up at 530am this morning for some fasted cardio =)
Great burn session and cardio will be the extend of my exercise until Friday.

I really do not know how I did it...only to go to work at 830am and I just got home =\

Here is a little update on how my steroids are treating me...

Testosterone, 750mg/week: f**king amazing! I feel incredibely full, much bigger, and my strength is ridiculous.

androlean + Anavar: holy f"*k...anavar started to help out with some nice pumps in the gym and was definitely helping with some tremendous strength gains, now 3 weeks on androlean and my vascularity is literally insane. I have never, and seriously, never (even at my leanest during my wrestling career) was I vascular. Androlean is making my forearms and biceps bulge with veins around the clock. Keeping my diet clean really let's AL shine. Once AL started picking up it was night and day in regards to my vascularity. My girlfriend stops in mid thought and says "jesus! Your are so f**king veiny"

This combination is truly an amazing stack to lean my out while put on more mass. I would say test+AL+anavar= ultimate recomp!

I've always thought it was very weak I mean I've never used it but from what i heard it was super weak but now I'm interested

It isnt weak but more so mild. It was either var or winny and I just felt var is a much more quality steroid than winny. It does some amazing things, hence its a steroid for people literally wasting away. Like winny it helps shred you up, but I believe the gains you make with var would be more permanent than winny. It has increased my vascularity, helped with strength, and I am leaning out nicely. I have also heard a lot of people compare it to Tbol in which you seem to be loving =)

I would say less "harsh" more than weak lol. I've also never used it but from what I've read everyone loves it. I think the only advantage winny may have over it is that everything I've read says that to get the full effect of var and to make it worth your money you should be in the 9-10 percent BF range. Where as with winny you don't have to be do lean to see its advantages. And the cost obviously. But like I said I've never ran either so I can't speak from experience. I will say I've never seen anyone say they hated var or it didn't do anything for them.

I am definitely higher than 10% and I can see the leaning effects. It is good stuff and I am very pleased with it. In combination with AL and wham! you got yourself thick pipes running down your arms =)
 
Let's not forget that you can inject winny straight into the vein, so there's always that badass aspect to factor into the winny vs. var discussion ;) I mean, you gonna swallow a pill or inject anabolic steroids directly into your blood stream? I know which side I'M on!

IV...thats intense. I would not recommend IV injections to beginners lol. Lots of room for infection.

Hmm I talked to my source and he has 250 10mg tabs of var for 200$ expensive as **** but I'm thinking of using these week 7-12 since I'll be shedding bf starting week 8 so 5 weeks I could do 70mg ed think its worth it?

Hmmmm, I would personally run it 6 weeks minimum. I believe it starts to shine about 2.5-3weeks into cycle. If you ran it for 5 weeks you'd only get about 2.5 weeks of it truly giving you gains.

Have you looked into winny for leaning out?

Yeah I don't like how toxic it is it scares me a bit...I could do 50mg 6 weeks with var

That's true...6 weeks sounds better for sure but some say don't run it less than 70mg and I've heard others with great success at 50mg. I am sure most on here will tell you not to run it that lower.

My opinion, if money is not an issue, it couldn't hurt. It would only help, you just wouldn't see its true colors that apparently 75mg and 100mg show. Then again if money isn't an issue why not get more lol.
 
Took 3 straight days off which was very much needed. I didnt grow, if anything I deflated a little, but after one gym session I blow the f**k back up! I am taking 2 weeks off from GVT to shock my muscle and promote growth and then I will go back into it with some different work outs. Today I hit chest and tris.

Chest:

Smith Machine Decline Press: 5x5, 275lb
Peck Deck: 150x12, 170x8, 190x4
Incline DB Press: 75lbx12x10x8

Triceps:

Dips: BWx8x8
Single arms rope extensions: 40x8, 40x8

My chest was failed! I went in for 3x12 of DB incline press but couldnt hit 12 on my 2nd and 3rd set. I had a nice pump and great fatigue. I threw in hammer grip pull ups in between each set of chest and then hit cardio for a 350 cal burn.

Success!

Tomorrow will be back and biceps =)

I haven't cut any calories, I've basically been on a recomp diet this entire cycle. I stick to a high protein, high fat diet with very low carbs but on work out days I carb cycle. I've stayed the same weight but I have dropped a ton of fat and have added a lot of LBM.

Yes! That too! I also do about 20-25min on the treadmill, steepest incline at about 3.5 mph.

If you recomp you will drop the bloat, fat, and keep all the mass plus more, but recomping is definitely a pain in the a$$.

Damn I lift 6 days a week so I only have one low carb day lol but my last 5 weeks on cycle im cutting cals and carbs and adding cardio :) one thing I'm good at is cutting and I can only imagine with some var...and yeah I wanna see some updated pics with all this cardio :)

One thing you will als love about var is the vascularity =) its my favorite by far...
