Good night brother I wish you video this!!! Those are some wicked pr's and lifts man no joke.

I did video it, the final lift following the 445 negative. I tried to have it sent to my email. The guy who filmed it still has it. Hopefully I can log onto my you tune account in the gym and have him upload. I will then submit to JD AND ATHLETIX. I'm so stoked. I never hit 405 above 3 reps, non the less two weeks in a row for 5 reps. The negative of 445 I controlled for 5-7 seconds. YES, that long. It felt easy until I hit the bottom which I'm sure those muscles were taxed.

Yup, HP is killin it with his lifts.

Thanks JD. I'm working with my spotter to get stronger as well. He's smashing PR after PR. He isn't quit as strong with the slanger. The guys still don't understand how to use it. I got it from first use. You still have to be able to handle the weight. I'm capable, just not enough to get it out of hole which is why I can rep 455 with it although I can't handle 440 for a single. It's coming.

BTW, I'm set for the 100% RAW NC STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS ON AUGUST 11, 2012. Paid my dues and hotel stay on the ready. On behalf of JD AND ATHLETIX,I'm hitting a new venue, alone, no wifey (they will be away), new crowd, new sanction meet by 100% RAW, and attempting to hit 425 paused again if not a new PR 430. WHY NOT 440? I will attempt this in my home venue a week later in front of my 6 month old, wife and home crowd. I know, I know, ignorant yet satisfying. Patience grasshopper.

Remember I hit 425 over a YEAR AND HALF AGO IN COMP. SINCE JUNE 23, 2012. This will be the closest time period to hit it consistently. WHY DEDICATED TO ATHLETIX, because I'm running Licogenix, Division 1 and Formula-X. Do want me to post a pic of the sculpture, if I win?...........if so, let me know. Until then I'm off to get prepared.

Workout AM
Pullups/Chinups: 17 (PR), 10, 14,10, 16 (PR), followed by (8 Wide, PR) For the first time ever I hit 8 wide. I usually crashed at 5-6. I took all last week off from doing any pullups. Peeps please remember I weigh 352lbs. Wow. I'm smashing them. I will be adding more calisthenics in the next few weeks on top of my normal workouts. I workout in the gym 3 times a week but at home is different story.

BTW, as soon as I get the video from the guy who filmed it I will send it to JD. It's up to him if he will post it. It's for his company.

I keep getting better and better witht he pullups. I'm looking to get better with doing nothing but bodyweight. When I move to PA I may not have time to hit the gym. I'm trying to get as lean and strong as I can at this weight. Slowly peeling off the layers of fat by building strength a bit more muscle and walking for cardio. I'm slowly making headway.

NO doubt. I'm borrowing a camera from a guy at work tonight. Seems like it was just stupid as hell trying to get teh other video from the friend who shot it last week. Hit my numbers tonight. Strength is incredible. The slanger is awesome. I couldn't believe I hit 475 for a double. I only decided to try this since I had to do 455 for a single. I'm smashing these numbers. I'm only using the slingshot after mUscles are completely taxed. I'm also using Div. 1 @ 6 a day and 1 scoop of Formula-X daily. People at the gym now believe in the slanger thats for sure. I'm stoked. I have a comp. Saturday and next Saturday. I never attempted weights like this so when my 7 weeks of this program I'm running is over I should end @ 455 for a single without the slanger! I'm actually on week 3. Progress is going well. Big ups to ATHLETIX and JD.
 
Forgot to ask if he sent you 2 bottles of Division 1, but if he did I would run 8 caps a day, the results are sick:) Nice job on the lifts, amazing strength.

Will do. I'm loving this newfound strength. It's off the charts. SATURDAY I will put it to the test. I'll begin ramping up to 8 today. Two comps back to back. This is going to be Epic. Hitting a PR in comp will be a happy ending to almost two months going in with ATHLETIX.

I believe I still will get it done Saturday and bring another win home Saturday. Oh BTW, I'm competing again next Saturday as well on my home turf @ Tazewell County Fair. One to hear the funny part, I was talking to some people since I was there for the first time within 100% RAW, which they can drug test you on the spot. They had 8 kits there in case they felt like doing so. Well, I wasn't paying attention and they called my name. I had to take my pants off and pull up my straps and get on the platform within a minute of calling me. Well, I never warmed up.

Get this, I had to begin and lift 375 cold with in 30 secs. I failed at my first two attempts due to lifting my head. I pushed it with ease. Third time I got the lift. If I would have failed the third time I was done and would have not placed. It wasn't a personal best but I never ever in my life lifted that much weight without doing something before hand. Good thing I got another meet scheduled this Saturday @ Tazewell Cty Fair. Different federation but I doing it nonetheless.

I'm glad I didn't get injured either but that is what true strength is all about. I'm shocked about the whole ordeal myself and yet brought something home I'm extremely proud of. My next comp this coming Saturday I won't bring home a trophy remotely close to what I did the last two meets because the guy running it takes your money and gives out certificates. WTF? I'm only doing the one Saturday to do my PR of ALL TIME IN FRONT OF EVERYONE. Also get it filmed on vieo and submitted to JD and Athletix.

I filmed this past Mondays workout and once again the guy who filmed it didn't send me the video. I'm pissed. It has a slingshot rep on there of 475. One less than two weeks ago but it's because I did a 465 neg. prior. Strength is going through the roof. I do't know where this ride is going to end. The after effects and residual I hope to end @ 455 in October for my next 100% RAW MEET in Parkersburg, WV.

Division 1 and Formula X are a great combo. I have been LG/IF ing it along with these supps. I have to say I'm loving my progress.

Damn right I'm happy. It is even sweeter to know I'm closing in on 40 and strong as ever. I'm going to push it even more to hit my goal (Hopefully next year @ 500)

I have so many haters. I don't understand why you tell somebody you know something or how to do something they tend to tell you it's not possible unless your on anabolics. Especially an uncle, whom had the natural gift and potential to go pro in the NBA except he decided being in prison was much more comfortable. I'm serious, he palyed in the McDonald Classic against many NBA stars including Alonzo Morning. He even played varsity basketball in High School as a 9th grader. He had to leave Jr High to practice at the High School, yes he started. He used to be under 10% bodyfat. I commented on a pic of a lean dude on Facebook and he proceeded to tell me he was on anabolics, because his abs were veiny. When I told him I know what the deal is and no he isn't necessarily he commented again after I told him what I lift and how much I lift. Here is what he said:

WHATS UP BIG NEPH? HOWS EVERYTHING WITH YOU? YOUR LOOKING REAL BIG LIKE YOU LIFTING THE GYM. I WAS LIFTING LIKE A BODYBUILDER BACK IN 96 INTO THE 2000S AND WAS HUGE ARMS IN THE 20'S BODY FAT UNDER 10%. Why would you feel it necessary to tell me what you were 15yrs ago. I don't freaking care. He has no idea what suppz are and how far advnced this industry has come, yet he wants to tell me about him being under 10%. No one I know ever says hey, great job on your lifts or, what are you doing to get that strong, when you have a family workout 3 days a week and eat very little.

Coworkers, family have no clue what it takes to be dedicated and consistant. I know one thing I will never again tell anyone I workout or lift weights. For now on my only answer will be pushups and I no longer lift heavy. I'm tired of hearing these sob stories about their joints and how much a toll it takes. Did I sit and berate people when they were in their prime doing what they were doing? No not a peep. I wish they would save the negativity for someone who cares. I only got this big because of all the stupidity I face. I'm going to get off my high horse and let you know how Saturday went. Have a great Monday!
 
Meet Last Saturday!
I get to this meet and hit my first two bench marks. 385, 405. I then raise the stakes to 440lbs. I bombed. Yes, I failed. Here is the catch. I don't belive I did becuase the weights used were not legal weights. He had MIXMATCHED plates. If anyone who trains, knows these type of plates can actually weigh more than they are rated. To prove I didn't com[letely fail I'm going to the Y tonight to do:

Bench Press: 135x30, 225x20, 315x15, 365x8, 405x5, 425x2, 440x1

I'm not convinced I failed. I will try this tonight. I should have waited until today but oh well. I did pull 550 dead (-15) from my PR, but then again I lifted 525 the previous Saturday in ameet. Does it matter, probably not. After, this I will switch my focus to shred while maintaining my lifts.

Oh and I was 170lbs then, and oh yeah I wasn't taking juice either bro. my supps list was xenadrine, protein, creatine, bcaa's and that was it. I agree everyone thinks the big weights mean aas. Not always. I bet people at my gym think my close to 19 inch calves are by inj lol. Bro your strong and have good work ethics so don't sweat those that lack that.

My own uncle who used to be under 10% when he played basketball. He gives me excuses as to why I shouldn't be lifting heavy due to joint probs and. Yada, Yada. I won't sweat it. I'm going to keep doing what I do. God willing, I'm going to get better no matter what.

I met up with a dude last week and indicated I wanted to get a leg workout done with him. His leg strength is impressive and he trains similar to what I do. One thing I didn't account for is is beastly leg strength. Let's just say I was complaining in the gym as much as my 7 month old son was to me last night. By the time we got to Hack Squats I was spent and yet I contiinued on. I was breathing heavy and sweaty, WTF. I never worked this hard before. He woke my ass up. No squats included. This sh** was retarded. I smashed PR's all over the place. We ended the Hacks and he said ok Leg extensions again. WTF? For how many sets. 7 sets of 12, are you freaking kidding. I did the first two and basicly said ok, enough. I walked around for a moment, got my head right and finished it out. Damn, what a workout.

I told him if I can't walk in the halls at work in the morning or crash my truck on the way home I'm blaming him and telling the cops it Leg Day. Funny thing is my son had me up since 2am. Yeah, I woke up and turned on the TV and found Jurassic Park. Here is the funny part, it just started when I got his bottle ready and got him settled to eat. He passed out while I was holding him and I held him for two hours and then layed him in his crib for another 2. Then the little monster woke up, WHY? Becuase he was hingry again. SMH.

Anyways, I'm at work and feel freaking great. I'm not even sore. I can feel every muscle in my body just full and pumped. My legs feel like they are still engorged. I feel so freaking good i may go back and squat 275x5(reps)x10 just to keep the feeling.
I'm loving this stuff. By the way, I lost 22lbs as of yesterday, since June 23. Exactly in a 2 month period, BRAWLIC
Stomach has shrunk, I'm getting more seperation between my lats, chest, serratus. Just a few more inches to go around the waist, abs, legs and lower chest, I will be a little sculpted. After training legs the way I did yesterday, gave me a whole new perspective of how to train (faster, harder and better). When we were finished, I was WASTED, SPENT, yet felt awesome.

Thanks JD! You have no idea how much that means to me. It is difficult but my love for the game drives me. People doubt me and wish I fail. Everyday I manage to make it and still do work. Especially since I dissappoint them because I won't quit.

I think the sleep deprivation has caught up with me as well as the IF/LG. I tried to make up my main lifts on the bench Monday and again Thursday. I barely pressed 405 once. For the last three weeks I was getting atleast 5. I'm pissed. My lil man had me up again last night @ 2am and I had to hold him so he stay asleep. I love him so much. I think I'm going to still get to the gym tonight and tomorrow and do some light abs/delts and cardio.

Nothing heavy for about a 1.5 weeks starting today. This means cardio all next week. Wifey going to get surgery so I have to help take care of her and lil man until she can get moving again beginning next Wednesday.

On September 3, 2012 I'm going to be back on my bench game, sleep or no sleep. All should be healed. I've been going H.A.M. for the last 12 weeks on bench so I think I'm spent. 10 days will do me some good. Cardio will be done following a 10-14hr fast. I'm adjusting it from 16 to see if I can still get results. I believe going 16 has hampered me a bit.
 
I agree a good 10 days will help your body heal up, heavy weight like that is hard on the CNS and I believe a little break will help.

It's those rare chances I get to hold him and feel his heart beat and his small hands wrapped around me as he sleeps. It's so awesome. Be good fellas. hopefully I can get a workout in tonight before taking a week off.

Good thing holiday weekend. I'm soaking it up. College game day and I'm enjoying the quietness while dogs, cats, wife and son resting.

I'm waiting patiently to get it in. First workout up is bench, day 2 will be wheels, day 3 will be boulders, day 4 will be back. Day 5 rest and NFL WEEKEND. Monday I will be in Blackburg, Va. Watching Virginia Tech and Georgia Tech get it on. ACC BABY. ok, I'm not supposed to watch but doing security, yr 4. I take tickets and throw out drunk people. I stand guard @ East side, lower section 3. Right above the cheerleaders, off the the 5 yd line, within 30 feet of field.

Belly is shrinking, strength has gone up and I'm feeling good. Tuesday I will continue with month two of my ATHLETIX Stack. Yes, I have not stopped taking them even though I'm resting. Taking them accordingly except for div. 1 which is being mega dosed according to JD.

All the firsts you get to be there for. First doctors appt., first time swimming, first time crawling, first time going shopping Yada, Yada...........

Wifey surgery went well, just scar tissue. They broke it up and cleaned it out. I'm off helping with her recovery and occupying little man. I'm resting up from gym still waking me up 2am. Good thing holiday weekend. I'm soaking it up. College game day and I'm enjoying the quietness while dogs, cats, wife and son resting.

I'm waiting patiently to get it in. First workout up is bench, day 2 will be wheels, day 3 will be boulders, day 4 will be back. Day 5 rest and NFL WEEKEND. Monday I will be in Blackburg, Va. Watching Virginia Tech and Georgia Tech get it on. ACC BABY. ok, I'm not supposed to watch but doing security, yr 4. I take tickets and throw out drunk people. I stand guard @ East side, lower section 3. Right above the cheerleaders, off the the 5 yd line, within 30 feet of field.

Belly is shrinking, strength has gone up and I'm feeling good. Tuesday I will continue with month two of my ATHLETIX Stack. Yes, I have not stopped taking them even though I'm resting. Taking them accordingly except for div. 1 which is being mega dosed according to JD.

Let's go.

I'm going to hit your log up today. This is my second day back at work which is where I do all my logging since I focus on wifey and son when I get home. I was off the XBOX so long all my friends dropped me. I was highly ranked. Oh well, such is life.

Yeah, It was a barn burner. VT almost lost but scored a field goal in the last few seconds to go into OT. Pulled off an interception and rallied for another field goal. It was an awesome ending but terrible scare. I didn't get home until 2:30 in the morning and had to report to work @ 7:30Am. Needless to say it affected my workout immensley.
