Alright a couple of things to add that I didn't cover before like I should have is pro/cons of the stack.

Pros-
Amazing energy
Strength is increasing
Sleep has been great
Weight going up slowly but all clean gains
No acne (tend to get acne on some test boost/AI stacks)
Libido increase! :-)

Cons-
Not as much bf loss as I was hoping
As of today aggression and short temper

And the kicker???? Best natty stack I have ran to date and it's half way through first month. Ive ran good stacks in the past but this one has it all and has smashed me through my natty slump. As mentioned purus is sending another bottle of recycle/dpol I will be supplying the fat smack and slin for the second four weeks and also buying another bottle of recycle to start dosing recycle at 6 a day!! Stay tuned folks!

Keep it going LT!! The fat loss tends to take a little longer. The consistent diet and training you have going on here will pay dividends in the end. Oh, and a couple pounds of LBM added into that mix will be icing on the cake.

Probably won't be another pic update until end of week 4 now that I'm doing this 2 months. I think my back and biceps look a bit better but didn't get as much change as I thought I did. Using next few days as carb up days and then will be back to the strict low carb diet.

Day 15 diet

1 Tbs peanut butter, hand full of grapes
4 egg whites, 3 yolks, 1 slice whole wheat
2 scoops whey in water
low carb protein bar, jack links jerky
1 can of tuna with just a bit of mayo and mustard, greek yogurt, string cheese
bag of jack links
1 1/2 scoops whey, 4 oz 1/2 percent milk, 1 Tbs pb

~220 protein ~90 carbs Hit below my mark which I was trying hard to do. Overall would love to keep most days around here but man is it tough! My boss had a white cake with white frosting and sprinkles that his wife made us. It had frosting in between the layers and all over the damn thing. It looked so amazing but I passed it up. Could not believe I had it in me, I have a severe sweet tooth! I did good though and now I will reward myself to a few carb up days!

I see a large difference in your spinal erectors....large difference in your lat width and overall back definition...also I see differences in your abs from the front view and your delt head from the back and the front....crazy change for only a few weeks....fantastic job not caving in...it will make you feel so much better later thinking about how you resisted

Rest day for me boys! Not too much of a rest day spent the last hour cooking up my homemade chili and marinading some chicken. Have to have protein set for the next few days. I will be upping my calories by around 500 if possible and taking in about 50-75 more carbs a day. I will try to bulk up a bit this week and then shred down next week for the 4 week pics. I'm hoping to be 170 clean by the end of this 4 week period.
Alright time to go throw some baseball with my boy. Have a great day guys!

Supplements will be:

6PM
1 fat smack
3 d-pol
3 recycle

8:30PM
2 fat smack before chili and crackers
2 organ shield

12PM
1-2 fat smack
1 slinshot before protein bar, banana and peanuts

3PM
2 SS before lunch
3 recycle

Will try dosing recycle at 2 times daily 3 caps for this week and see if any changes are noticed.

Fat smack has been reading ships in 2-4 days for a week! Ordered it up with the recycle though.

Anyone else go through straps as quickly as I do? I lose the damn things too often!
 
There were straps by the squat rack at my gym today, I thought about grabbing them, they have been there for like a week.

Being that today was an off day I'm keeping carbs fairly low but tomorrow I will raise them quite a bit. I will keep them clean as can be but I may have a few treats, also cutting down on dairy consumption mainly milk because i suspect it is playing a role in my extra fat lately. I'm also toying with closing my feeding window a bit. Today I didn't eat for first time until 845 pm and will have last meal about 8am. That is about 3 hours shorter then normal. Hopefully this will work but it's only going to be a test for now. Really lean and ripped today and it feels good. Probably feeling cleaner then I have since my cycle a month and a half ago! Looking forward to building muscle this week though!

I had a rough morning so I went in the gym with a bit of rage, and it ****ing paid off bros! They say roid rage? BS there is nothing like legit natty stack rage! Aggression is through the roof and libido is crazy strong right now. Pump was insane today too!

Agreed bro! There just doesn't seem to be any stopping me right now. I've achieved more for my strength natty they I did during my last cycle! Great feeling! I felt so strong today!

Only good that can come from a terrible day is a killer day in the gym the next day. I rarely get this frustrated but damn I could Fock something up right now. It sucks because I can normally keep positive through bs but enough is enough. End rant..
 
Day 17 Diet

1 slice whole wheat bread, 2 Tbs PB
~2 cups oats, 3 Tbs PB, 1 scoop whey
1 scoop whey in water
banana, 1 bag of salted peanuts, low carb protein bar,
2 pieces of barbecue chicken chunks, honey roasted peanuts
1 lemon pepper chicken breast, greek yogurt
Large bowl of chili with low fat shredded cheese and a few crackers

~220 protein ~195 carbs

Even with a crazy work schedule I was able to increase the diet. Never even so much as got a break in 8 and a half hours due to the bullsh1t I put up with at work. I'm used to it though...
