Ok so ive been hearing many people saying to take x factor. "Its better than any test booster". "It gives me so much gains". I know the compound is ARA but does it really give that good of results?

I was wondering how long it must be run in order to be effective, for instance would 4 caps per day for 4 weeks be enough time to see results? or a waste of time?

Thats what i want to know also. Im wondering instead of 4 caps if it would be ok to dose 2 caps

XF original or SNS X-gels. 1 bottle is obviously the shortest run I've recommend

one 60 count at 4 on 2 off would run nearly 3 weeks, 2 bottles would be about 5 weeks and change....I figured 4 on and 2 off is a good dosing schedule, and 5 weeks seems like a decent cycle length. might go with that, thanks. BTW, your PM box is full....but maybe you want it to be full? :D

Dose it preworkout only if you are going this route.

And sigh...I clear this each morning and it fills up before I realize it :(.

the pill count sucks in that regard, one bottle will last you 3 and 3/4 weeks at 4 per day WO days only (working out 4 times per week). maybe 3 caps on WO days only? that would be 5 weeks worth, this sound OK?

Nope, do the full 4 (1g ArA) on workout days only.

I ran XFA and had high expectations. The first time was on a recomp the second one on a bulk. During the recomp i didnt lose a single pound of fat on XFA and lbm also didnt increase. On the bulk my strength only went up slightly though i was eating as hell. I put on large amount of fat at that time. After the second run all the strength gains of the XFA went away. During the XFA runs and after i had seriously joint problems in my left shoulder. For me XFA was a complete disappointment. The strength gains on BFv3 or Triazole were much more prominent. Really not sure if i would run it again. Every test booster i tried so far gave me better results

ArA is one of the better supplements out there. I have several "cycles" under my belt.

IMO it is one of the few products that does work well. One of the only things I continually buy to use multiple times.

I am hesitant to start it because I want to get a baseline test level when I get blood tests on the 13th, I'll be off the intimidate/DAA for about 8 days when I test....and off AI's for about 3 weeks, but If I start the ArA I'd be 12 days into it when I test...would probably skew the results. for that matter the DAA/NMDA might still be skewing the results at just over a week of discontinuation....

It's stood the test of time, but some review have been a little over the top. I'd have to be given some XF for free to find out. Too pricey. Guess I'll get my ArA from eggs and hope its enough.

PP's Matt Porter wrote an article on inflammation and ArA. He suggested throwing out the egg whites and only eating the yolks. Was funny.

Maybe I'll post the article in here if I can be arssed.
