Alpha mass/ Bulk log

Arms day again today finally starting to get the arms in shape.There is a noticeable size increase in both bi's and tri's since 8 weeks a go. More veins in the fore arms as well.
Did weights in the AM and interval sprints in the Pm. Cardio capacity is another area that has also had a strong improvement.only a few mor days to go. I will be sad to come to the end of this stack as it's treated me well a long the way. I would certainly run it again no question.Ahhh legs tomorrow..beesst day of the week..luv me some squats..:17:
 
today i my last day on Am/AB.hit the gym for chest /back and shoulders.Another killer work out.Had 2 scoops of pump fix before heading in,,it sure does amp things up.

Forgot to weigh in today so I'm not sure what my final weight is..will try to do it tonight.
Will start pct tomorrow.
I will only run a low dose of nolva. 10/10/10/10.daa,reversitol.creatine.plus the same supps that i run through out.
I will post up a conclusion at the end of week 1 of pct and a quick follow up at week 4 to let you all know what I've retained,recovery ect.

Hey man, Congrats on the gains... were you taking your full dose of AM/AB at one time or were you splitting them, like doing half of AM in the morning and half in the afternoon?
 
Great log man, much appreciated. I will be following your pct as well, so please keep us updated. I will also be running reversitol in my pct. Also I have heard a lot of people mentioning the importance of D3 and high fiber in pct as well. I do not normally take a d vitamin but will be adding that in too. I look forward to seeing your final numbers. Good luck homie!

I have rum epi before..the gains are actually quite similar..but this had zero sides..a little lethargy was all..and the recovery has been a piece for cake so far..in 1st week i was a little sluggish. really low on motivation..but back to my normal..self.
the best thing i liked about this was the positive effect on joints..no sore dry joints..I have lost 1.2 kgs since stopping but strength and endurance is still the same..very happy with the results
 
So 3 weeks of pct.
All is going well,vascularity is still the same,pumps haven't changed much as i'm now back on my pre work.EST methlymass and plasmatic.
weigh is up slightly 99.3 kgs. Energy and motivation are good.
This was a great value for money cycle.looking forward to running Test,bulk and mass.Thanks FRL and all those that followed along.

too bad your leg press gains werent so great although your deadlifts were eh sub par. hopefully your bench went up significantly. cheers mate
