I use myfitnesspal and it's always dead on with the label
 
I'm weird I use both apps lol just to judge how accurate they are which they are both about the same or I just use to custom labels and punch in all the food myself

Edit: god damn I'm not flexible while on cycle...it's hard to scratch my damn back haha

Chest n back (my fav combo omg!)

Shattered it today...time line...

7am woke up...worked until 4pm
430pm home
5pm got my needle all ready
512pm pinned...cleaned up and good
(^^^oh yeah I'm becoming a pro)
530pm gym!!!
730pm done with gym
(oh yeah 2 monster hours)
8pm thunder storming with hail...yeah this mofo was out grilling ham in it!!!

Cleaned house with my post workout meal had 3 peanut butter sandwiches, ham, chicken, plenty of milk and a plain Greek yogurt

Workout:
Deads 3 sets (back pumps crushed me) even with taurine
Back row machine with various grips 6 sets
Pec deck 4 sets
Smith Mach bench 4 sets
Db rows 4 sets
Lat PDs 6 sets
Chin ups 3 sets
Dips 2 sets
Chest flys flat bench 3 sets

Tomorrow will be the test...my fiancé has been gone since last Friday so let's see if she says anything when I take my shirt off

Finally I'm noticing a bit of an increase on my waist line...about 1/8 of an inch lol those pants that were a super rough fit are almost an impossible rough fit...in sure these next to day off at maintenance cals will put me back down that 1/8 of an inch

Yeah that cheat meal your prob right haha I've been eating super clean the past 2 days so it will go away pretty quick...lol I can't believe this test still has like a week and a half until it kicks in holy **** I already feel like a god in the gym well I guess a demi-god until that test kicks in!...loving the Tbol expect for the blood clotting problems it causes...I cut myself shaving just a tiny cut and it bleed for hours!!! Lol stupid thing but well worth it
