PrepNwa23 said:I'm going to give this a shot. August 1st will be one of the happiest days for me again its the first day I'll be allowed back in the gym to lift. Currently coming off hernia surgery and feel so freakin sluggish. Want to get back in the gym, so bad drives me nuts. Hoping to build my way back up to where i was before my injuries piled up. I was close to my 300 pound bench and close to finally being able to dumbbell bench the 120's. High protein diet and lots of motivation hopefully drive me the way back to my goals.

Valdez said:Congratulations bro! Any time i'm out of the gym for any period of time i'm a different person! I know exactly how you feel! Nothing like a little "extra" help from USP for a come back, eh USP?
; )
Airborne42 said:Oh **** bro as a guitarist ill list u the sickest solos ;-) I can shred em. Sick Aww song for sure tho.
PrepNwa23 said:I'm for surely a different guy when I'm out of the gym for an extended amount of time. But it had it's benefits got to spend more time with my son than I normally do.
Valdez said:Those little boys man, they change us don't they? A real man that wants to be a father goes through a crazy ass change once seeing that little boy that looks up to Daddy as his hero! I tell ya what I look to be my sons hero in everything I do! Talk about motivation man! Men being good fathers this day in age unfortunately isn't the norm. Its cool to see that most guys on here are very dedicated fathers - ALPHA
PrepNwa23 said:Having a son is the greatest thing I ever did. There is no feeling in the world like having a child, I promise every guy that.

Supp! Did anyone here have any great Alpha breakfasts. My first breakfast was a Cinnamon roll Myofusion shake and some dry Quaker Whole hearts (not exactly alpha). I'll probably have some Greek yogurt a little later. Today is a pretty big deadlift day, so my carbs are a little higher than normal.
borobulker said:Still rolling off of a protein shake. Alphas don't always need food...
