I think I'll keep this thread going since my whole plan is laid out. Just took my new born home from the hospital. I may start this rampage tomorrow but I'm thinking it's better to start fresh with a week off of training Sunday. Plus, I need a good couple more days to preload. Hospital food was horrible lol!!

calves are looking good. some strong shoulder work would set off your upper body. and deadlifts would help your quads and lower back. you have a great base, you should be looking like a 5'10 version of the hulk in 2 months
 
Yup, I got to get back into deads again at least for some reps. I had torn a hammy pulling some heavy weight a few months back which put me out of commission for a while. Got to work a bit on form and warm up more before I do them. Thanks for the props. Now 2 days away!
 
Good luck on the sleep- we lucked out my kid has slept 8-10 hrs a night since 2 months, minus the odd nightmare or "i just sh1t my pants and it BURNS!!!!!" cant blame him for those though. But its allllllllll worth it man, just to see them smile at ya
 
I'll be watching ya too I started a SD/Epi cycle (day 3) myself. And I had my second lil girl June 22nd.

Kind of crazy similar lol.

You might also look at AI Cycle support. It's BP/Prostate/and liver support. And it tastes terrible so you know it's good lol.

Yeah I'm there with ya. I got a gallon jug of water to work and make my self drink it there then fill it up again at home and try and get through it again. I ran SD at 30mg a while ago and didn't have sides or liver issues. I'll just be watching closing as I'm sure you will be too.

Day 1: Chest and calves

Endurance not so good since I've taken some time off.

Energy was great for day 1. White flood helped out. Not my favorite PWO, but effective. Don't like the crack head feeling. My fav is J3D, gives perfect energy pre, during, and post workout. Craze gave me headaches and also cracked out feeling.

Flat bar bench:
315x8 335x5 315x4. (endurance issue for sure)

Incline Dumbs:
85x12 90x12 95x10

Flat Dumb flys:
55-10 (long rest, chat with owner lol) 60x12 65x8

Pec Deck straight arms:
Drop sets. 120x10 100x9 90x 11

Low Cable Cross:
70x8

Stiff leg calf machine ( super sets with flys):

225x18 300x15 300+45 plate x13 300+45x14 300+45x14

Sucked down a protein shake right after with peanut butter, oats, dymatize whey/cassein and a banana.

Time to grow now. This is just the beginning folks. More to come....

Solid lifts for sure. What do you do to warmup? Just wondering, those 315's are awesome

I don't warm up much actually, just 135 two sets of 15 and 225 for 10 then balls to the wall! These lifts should be much improved over the next 8 weeks.

My chest is sore as heck today. Calves feel good. Getting prepped for back and abs today. Lower back is a bit sore. My bed sucks. Trying to get a new mattress under warranty. Can't wait to do deads. I read the dead lifting news article on here and I think I can better my form to prevent injury and promote stronger lifts. Tore hammy a few months back, so I am very weary but confident doing them.

Oh, forgot to mention my starting weight was 202 yesterday. It's time to grow!!

Day 2 Back and Abs:

Weight up +2 (204) from diet

Nothing new to write home about, good mental and physical energy. Had a weird pressure headache prob caused by white flood, but went away halfway through the workout. I'm done with PWO's. Obviously EPI and SD hasn't kicked in yet but pumped just to be ON!

Dead lifts:
225/10 275/10 315/8 315/7 focusing on form

Dumb rows:
95/12 110/10 130/7 strict form

Lat pull down heavy pulley system:
100/12 120/8 100/12

Cable rows butterfly grip:
170/8 170/8 170/10

Lat cable pullovers:
70/10 70/10 80/8

Ab crunches on bench:
57 total reps, abs are soar and that's all they needed

Killed over 100g protein between a pro shake and tuna sandwich with whole wheat Mac and cheese. I'm finally excited about my diet where as before, I never had one. These will be the best gains ever if I stick to it as I feel I will. Just need some support from you guys!

Well, starting to get the I can't quench my thirst feeling. Getting dry mouth starting this afternoon. Also figured out that the PWO didn't give me the weird pressure headache today. About 30 min after taking my last dose of EPI tonight started to get it again but not too bad. Hard to explain the feeling. Can't be BP this early but anythings possible. I am a quick responder to DS's, so the yoked feeling should be right around the corner!
